Hey, how do you get like 30+k armor on this build? I've seen some POB's, people was progressing and for exammple day 4 they have 12k armor day 5 - 35k armor. Is it only the chest with 3,5k making a difference or there is some trick to do that?
Awesome build. I’m currently playing cyclone shockwave slayer and kinda of want to try your build… I think a lot of my gear could be used. What are your thoughts on double elevated tailwind/onslaught boots and an additional curse/crit body armor on your build? I ask because I’d have to sell them if they aren’t ideal for your setup lol.
This build is using Resolute Technique, so no crit at all. Getting the accuracy required to make it work with crit would be quite an undertaking, and because your damage output is linked to exertions and warcries, attack speed isn't all that good as a damage scalar, so tailwind wouldn't really add all that much-despite obviously being very nice for QoL. Double curse would be cool, applying Punishment with Battlemage's Cry and using a Vuln-on-hit ring is a very great high-end optimization.
Instead of anointing admonisher, I used an impossible escape jewel on crimson dance, that allowed me to also take spirit of war for mana leech an rampart for the fortification bonuses
Hey is there a reason why you go with Infernal cry? Does that not take your physical damage and convert it to fire damage so you can't run ele reflect maps anymore?
i am new to this game just joined a week ago but i have seen most of content creator majorly upload the map clearing for level 90 above where they have benefit of passive trees point , if it is possible to upload to upload the game content and map clearing between level 70 and level 80 that will be game changing then we can know how can we progress and how is map clearing . Your content is great and well explained that's why i thought i can write . Keep the good work going as it is very useful
great guide and thank you :) just a quick question: is there any mod at all that can help our dps on amulet (other than flat phys)? It seems a bit wasteful to use it for life + res
There's nothing great. You can get some very minor options from a Warlord neck, possibly Pride Mana Res Efficiency and then try to fit that in, but there's nothing great for amulets, really.
Thanks for the fallow up video, very informative. Try out General's Cry for your autoexertion setup. It doesen't exert attacks but has only a ~1.7 sec cooldwon & blows up the pillars of Earthshatter. I am realy liking it so far.
I love your videos! Is there any chance you would be interested in making an overview guide/video for delirium? I have no idea what it is, or how it works other than I touch a mirror in maps, and then I gotta go fast.
Been playing this myself & enjoying the updates. I was wondering why you skip the 'warcries cannot exert travel skills' craft on your amulet, do you get enough warcry cdr that you can exert leapslams while mapping and just warcry enough that it will always hit your slams?
Hey bro I hope you see this comment, wouldn’t be better to use abysus instead of echoes , because the the spikes doesn’t get the damage exerted by the crys so is not like echoes is giving you a big boost? Also replacing intimidating cry for generals cry and casting intimidating yourself wouldn’t be better?
Might be worth to branch out to unwavering stance its 2 points away. Additionally a Jewel slot in top and a leech option on to the top left. Would like your insight on this cause I was considering taking this route and remove. Personally don't run Inexorable, I have considered it though.
Thanks for the vid, my build is about 90% the same so I’m gonna make some changes and try it out. 1 question - if you can’t get the forbidden jewels (on console) what would you put in there place?
Life jewels with stats and res to help with gearing elsewhere, then just try to get more armour around the rest of your gear to offset the physical damage taken from the helmet.
Ty so much for this build, i was playing a bleed chieftain slam, really tanky and good dps, but kinda slow and DoT its not my type of damage, this is so good, lvl 94 with the Ben's Helmet setup.
How are you running so many auras + a 6 link auto exert? I have the reservation node you referred to in this video but I can only seem to run pride + a 4 link autoexert. I could get the reservation efficiency stat on 2 jewels but it still wouldn't be enough for anything
Hello, Sir! Mind me asking a question? Been playing your TR build, and I'm a *really* casual player. Been having trouble upgrading the build. Just reached yellow maps and I'm struggling with damage and survivability. I just don't know where to upgrade first. Everything seems expensive af. I have 4 divs (2 lucky unique drops), and don't know if I should focus on upgrading the bow, buying the belt, 6link body armor. The bow is just too expensive even to craft it would be at least 6 divs from my calculations, maybe more. I'm considering just using the divs to buy scarabs and do the low tier maps essences strategy. Don't know if it's still worth it at this point in the league =/ Anyway, if you see this comment, thanks xD
Same here (but at SSF). Doesn't even seen exalted and anything above T4 have a real risk of oneshots. So switched to slamserker, wanna try him (and it's **very promising so far**)
I found out, that campaign is much smoother with ground slam too. Sunder looks like a time loss in campaign, so it's a possibility to leave earthshatter off-sloted and switch to it only after establishing delayed (different quality) autoexertion @PathofEvening could you comment respecking out of Life mastery on 50-92 progression? And why not instantly to spec in Battle Mastery with Bastion Breaker to acquire 100% ignore phys res? Also what is the reason for Devotion pick? as far for 4 points it gives 20Str+10%MaxLife, which is worse than branch to bravery (30Str+14Life+24%Armor+1%Reg+10%PhysDmg+0.3range) or desecrated ground 10% is so good? (before ben's helmlet) May be answers on those questions should be put in the notes? (People asks about question directly answered in the video) PS: to whom is finding TRpaf too squishy on SSF (as main channel build) - you should definitely look for slamserker cause it's soooo much tankier than early TR and hi-speed TR movement may cause dizziness for someone 🐱
The value of Sunder is just that it can hit further away than GS, which is good while zooming through the campaign. As for the leveling trees, they're just a suggestion, not a hard rule to follow. The life mastery and mana nodes are something you can balance out based on the rest of your gear and skills. Devotion is just there for life, but it is reachable for only 4 points, whereas Bravery requires 6.
My friend is running the zizaran version of this build, which has almost an identical pob, but he's struggling in red maps. Kinda curious where the potential pitfalls might be for more casual players who don't understand the nuances of damage and defense. He's got 5k life, a decent vaal axe, capped resistances, and as much armour as he can get out of his gear. Something still feels off
Probably a mistake in your friend's build. We don't watch other build guides because we don't want to accidentally steal anyone else's ideas/comments/content.
There is already a lot of armor and additional physical damage reduction in the build. Doesn't the "Phys taken as" on the body armor make the phys mitigation worse, or am I tripping on something?
Armour in PoE is very complicated, but the simple version is that it is proportional to the size of the hit. The larger the hit, the weaker armour is against it. Converting a percentage of phys into elemental damage reduces the size of all hits proportionally, making the rest of the armour that much stronger. Bottom line: It's good, you're tripping.
What do you think (if any) good Ubers are there to farm? Just started doing them first time ever in my PoE career, Maven dropped Progenesis twice in a row so made some divs, I wanna invest more
Getting two Progenesis drops in a row is insane luck. If you want to quit while you're ahead, now would be the time! The problem with uber bossing is that the cost of entry is high, and returns can be brutally RNG. It's possible that it's profitable, but it's never going to be consistent like mapping is. With all that being said, the more expensive ones have the higher-value drops, such as Progenesis from Maven and Nimis from Eater, so if you're looking to farm for big jackpots, those would be the ideal targets.
@@PathofEvening Thanks, I was thinking of doing the cheaper ones, like Uber Cortex. I remember always getting an item with 3 synth mods from Cortex, but I've done 5 of them now and not a single (other than the dogshit unique) triple synth dropped, did they change anything?
Looking at the new POB it looks like you removed the jewel for ailment immunity on the skill tree but not from the items section. Are you still running Stormshroud?
Abyss jewel can have it as a suffix. The PoB has an Ancient Breaker jewel (Murderous Eye) with 47% chance to avoid being shocked. And then 59% on boots, so we're over 100.
Quality upgrade gives a HUGE diff in cooldown (up to 40% on warcry). Also, 20% autoexertion gives +10 cdr Also cooldown upgrade is not shown on the gem but rather on action panel
