(Right after he says "empty lovers": that 100% says wolves) Oli in the chorus clearly says worms The line about pack animals sharpening their teeth and selling your blood for their rush doesn't work with worms: it's reflecting the wolfpack mentality drug addicts fall into when their lives are no longer their own Both are said at different points in the song and there's points in the chorus where I'm almost entirely sure both words are layered into the backing vocals
+Camilla Milla Count Your Blessings is probably the heaviest one they've ever put out but you have to think about it like this. sempiternal is one of the ones that they produced , worked on, and created with a passion. Yeah sure There Is A Hell might also have a passion driven with it but Sempiternal marks BMTH's level of creativity and meaning. Songs like And The Snakes & Hospital For Souls posses something than a couple of riffs and choruses. I really can't rate their albums because each one has their own pros to them. They all are awesome and unique in their own way. Just appreciate what they have made so far and dont hate what they are now (:

The five songs that really hit me are "Can You Feel My Heart" because Oli took exactly what I was feeling about a grim situation I was in, "And The Snakes Start To Sing" because during that time, I felt like every one wanted to kill me because of what I said to start the situation, and also that everyone was bullshitting me to get what they wanted from me, and I didn't see that until I heard this song. Makes me cry every time, "Seen It All Before" because it makes me think of the love I screwed everything up with, "Hospital For Souls" because during that time, I didn't want to be left alone, like he says in that song, "Hold me close, don't let go." He wants his love to comfort him in his shitty ass situation, and never let him go, also "Have you ever took a blade to your wrists? Have you been skipping meals? We're gonna try something new today! How does that make you feel?" I've cut myself before, on my forearm. I have skipped meals before, "Join The Club" because for a long time, I thought I was the only one who felt really down. Other BMTH songs that touch me are "It Never Ends" because I want to get rid of problems, and beat them, "Blessed With A Curse" because I lost my true love because of something I said, and was lying to her. I'm working my ass off to fix it, and get her back, and "Drown" because I'm broken, and she's the only one that can fix me, but I hurt her, so I'm unsure how it'll work.

Some people don't get that music isn't made to be liked my everyone, only those who appreciate it. I get the same remarks about how "that's not music". Music is purely subjective to taste and therefore can't be judged by those who aren't accustomed to it. I love them too.

This song is beautiful. One of my favorites... My ex-girlfriend got me into Bring Me the Horizon. Ironically, after she left me, they were one of the bands that helped me recover... They are a huge part of the reason why I am still alive today. This whole song reminds me of her, but the last part reminds me of her the most. I was no knight in shining armor to her, nor the apple of her eye, I was just another fucking step to climb.

This song it's to me BMTH's masterpiece. This album is absolutely incredible. The best lyrics I've ever seen and the melodies are so well built, so emotional, it's amazing
Because without the emotion poured out into sempiternal oli is gone. He said this album saved him, it made him happier. Writing down your emotions truly helps you, it feels as though what you're thinking goes from your head, through the pen and unto the paper.
This band has came soooo far since ‘This Is What The Edge Of Your Seat Was Made For.’ Even their latest 2021 album is golden. Every album they’ve ever made, hits golden in their own ways.
Not gonna lie...couldn't stand this band in its infancy. Lyrically and musical it fell short in a lot of places. That being said, I'm actually glad this band kept it together because now that they have polished their musical ability it has turned into unique and intelligent music. I'm anxious to see how much they grow in the future.

Everytime I listen to this song, it puts me right back to when I first heard it. I was in the 12th grade, working on my Extended Essay for the IB program at my high school. I was depressed because the girl I had fallen for decided to be with my best friend and I also had came in 2nd place at a Yugioh tournament. I was behind on my essay because I had procrastinated for a long ass time. I listened to the rest of the album on repeat and ended up knocking the paper out that night.

Maaaaannnn this album really had its own identity among BMTHs discography, It just felt really “them” ya know?? Been following them since Count Your Blessings and, I gotta say, Sempiternal is personally my favorite. Good Flayva.

This song is beautiful. One of my favorites... My ex-girlfriend got me into Bring Me the Horizon. Ironically, after she left me, they were one of the bands that helped me recover... They are a huge part of the reason why I am still alive today.
This whole song reminds me of her, but the last part reminds me of her the most. I was no knight in shining armor to her, nor the apple of her eye, I was just another fucking step to climb.

Not gonna lie...couldn't stand this band in its infancy. Lyrically and musical it fell short in a lot of places. That being said, I'm actually glad this band kept it together because now that they have polished their musical ability it has turned into unique and intelligent music. I'm anxious to see how much they grow in the future.

Everytime I listen to this song, it puts me right back to when I first heard it. I was in the 12th grade, working on my Extended Essay for the IB program at my high school. I was depressed because the girl I had fallen for decided to be with my best friend and I also had came in 2nd place at a Yugioh tournament. I was behind on my essay because I had procrastinated for a long ass time. I listened to the rest of the album on repeat and ended up knocking the paper out that night.

That leaded me to a mental breakdown i was full of anger and said things to her that i knew they would hurt her
The days after that i had several suïcide attempts and slitted my wrists like a thousend times
But after a while i reallized that
