it's kind of a hard way. it's a real pain in the ass to farm this reputation and all for the flying ability. I'm sitting for almost 3 weeks here with my paladin and still dont have the reputation done. And i don't even mention the suramar questline which is pure torment
Just to add on this, there's a few seasonal ways to increase leveling speed: Darkmoon Faire has the merry-go-round, which gives you an XP buff. Midsummer "pole dancing" also gives a similar buff. Can't remember how it goes for every event, but many of them provide XP buffs. So, if you are playing during those times, it's pretty darn fast to level up, if the aim is to get from 100 to 110 in the least /played time possible. Darkmoon Faire is up every month, though, so that's pretty reliable.
Fastest way, if you don't need it at 110 the same day, is too log on just for the invasions each day and do them with the world quest group finder. Now if you log on to multiple alts and do this, the better it is. So say you do 5 each day (takes 20 min each alt) you literally have 5 (or insert however many alts you did it on "here") in just 7-8 days. He touched on this somewhat at the end of the video. Was typing this out while listening :p
So, the past week or so, i have leveled up 9 of my alts from 100 and up and i've only spent about 15 hours total. I have the 5 heirlooms on each alt, takes me about 15-20 min to hop on during an invasion, fly to the zone and knock out the 6 invasion WQs. It's amazing, now to figure out the quickest way to get all class mounts!
There are 3 WoD Shipyard rings, Admiral Taylor's Loyalty Ring, Captain Sander's Returned Band and Signet of the Third Fleet. There is a 4th ring, Dread Pirate Ring from the Stranglethorn fishing comp.
How to level quick: get heirlooms < do invasions < order hall quests (and prof ones if you care) < random bgs until you unlock more order hall mission progress to do.
Im one those players that dont have alot of time to play and if u have alts you haven't leveled up you can do the invasion bonus xp quest and quickly do any that are to kill one boss it will get u almost 3/4 to full level then move to another toon then u can with either grind on one or just let them sit well u do other things in real life and come back to it later over all if u have alot of alts u havent messed with all xpac cause of time restrictions it s simple easy way to level without spending much time in game
Hey Belluar, idk if you know this but you can use any of the 3 WoD rings on an alt, and even tho the str/int/dex might not be the right stat for them (and therefore not show up under available heirlooms when you sort by class and spec) you can still create and use them for that little bit more XP, though you sadly do miss out on the extra stats from a properly statted ring.
The stranglethorn ring is extremely easy to get. It's realm based, so even though dozens of people do it, only like 3 are from your realm. Top two winners on your realm get the ring, and all you have to do follow a wowhead guide.
Well it took me pretty much exactly 6h on one day to level my druid (without having the flying achievment yet). I just did the invasion WQs, and was joining one dungeon after another until 110. Pretty much chilled and, at least for me, much more fun than running around over and over again with all the twinks.
Love your vids in general BellularGaming, but I am not understanding this one. You compared yourself to your friend, and you just basically need to have Flying, the four main heirlooms (+35%xp) do 2.5 zones (not Stormheim), do the bonus objectives if they are up, do invasions if they are up, and do dungeons if you have a quest for them... I MUST have missed something here... And your friend did what differently? This seems kind of what anyone would do to level an alt..Also, why even mention Conslegion addon if you have not actually used it for this guide...?Anyway, love your vids. Thanks so much.

Just started legion at 98 on my warrior, 45 minutes and about to be at 100, mistake was picking the prot artifact so mobs arent goin down as quickly. Otherwise I’d be leveling slot faster.
Christian Brinkley Oh, I've already done it. there are literally zero quests left in the zone for me to do except for get to exalted with the Nightfallen. so, I get to grind a few days worth of world quests just to lift the gate on the last two chapters, because rep gating makes sense on saving those idiots from withering.
so how did you handle the bonus objectives with the ones needing pre-requisites . did you bother with them when you visited the area or did you get back to them? also any chance you can mark where the breadcrumb quest was please?
Sliddqvist i dont recall those crafted sets being able to be used on lvl 101 toons i think those sets are for 110. And that would be the reason why you would be lvling from 101 with an item lvl of 840s with legendary. That would be faster progress.
Relinquished vendor on Deliverance Point. 5k apex.. sorry Nethershards a pop for 880 relic. Or 400 shards for Dauntless relics if 850ilvl is enough for your needs.

@BellularGaming I like your vids but "much of the grind has disappeared" is misleading at best. Leveling is not the grind people are complaining about in Legion. Infinite AP traits (concordance), paragon reps for mounts, paragon pvp prestige, and then RNG up the a-hole. So no, "much of the grind has not disappeared". Leveling now takes half as long. That's it pretty much it. Oh and they reduced their core retention time gate to a few days from months (which to be frank doesn't matter all that much when concordance still makes the grind infinite - so basically just means you aren't gimped for months on end).
It is an infinite grind, would take hundreds of years to finish. It's so players don't burn out and complain about AP, but you appear to be complaining about not having something to grind pointlessly on so I guess you just like complaining.
If "it's so players don't burn out and complain about AP" and "doesn't mean anything after one", then it should just be removed. Anywho, to each their own.
What should I do as a twink that's trying to get to 110? I have 823ilvl at 102 and can easily run my own dungeons but should I drop some gear for the heirloom bonuses and have someone else run me or just easily power my way through zones
Great video! Is zone completion necessary for characters getting to 110? Do you need to collect the pillars at all, or just hit 110 and head to the Broken Shore?
If you have flying on your main, you're pretty set for most of your alts. You can level entirely off invasions to 110 and not touch any other quests. Once they ding 110, you can do the broken shore assault scenario to unlock that area which was locked behind an account achievement for friendly rep with all factions. Then you can get dauntless tokens from nethershards/invasions to get to 850. You'll have to complete your class hall campaign to get the 3rd relic slot which holds down your ilevel otherwise.
Uziha And to answer your question a out the pillars: nope! once you've done the story quests on one character you do not need to do them again on slots to unlock anything. As said above the only quest line you absolutely have to do is your order hall quests to get your third relic slot. Pillar quests, suramar quests, broken shore quests, so long as you have those done on one character you need not repeat them to get into all the endgame content on alts.
How much time would you add on if you were efficient but didn't have flying? There are a LOT of people in my position - we wanna do more alts, but we wanna do them with flying. But by the time we get flying, we could do all the alts... so we do neither.
I'm levelling right now, doing everything in the video, with all of the bonus exp. heirlooms and it's not going nearly as fast. The time is either exaggerated or I'm messing something up somehow.

wtf how the hell are you getting up 1 level every 25 mins on average. i play like 30 min and im only on like a 4th of the way to a new level! I don't really rush it tho and i read quests

WoD is the worst offender on the flying front... at least if you are watching this you are currently playing and could have casually accomplished flying by this point.

Honestly I'd wait until you have flying to work on alts. It will be a pain moving around a zone that's under invasion if you don't have the flight paths. It's just so much easier and faster to fly from invasion quest after invasion quest rather than trying to find a way on the ground around mountains, mobs, etc.

I understand that most people only care about the endgame, and that a lot of people have alts that they need to get to max level or whatever (especially with artifacts now) but the fact that it takes but a few hours to max level really saddens me. It's stupid to feel that way, I know, but I do. WoW used to be about the WORLD of Warcraft, and with each expansion it seems to become less and less about that. You could argue that questing in Kalimdor or the EK for months was annoying, and yeah it may have been, but it also made me feel more attached to the zones I quested through. Now, most people couldn't tell you much about any zone past WotLK. Even in current Kalimdor and EK it's like this. Blizzard put all that work into revamping the old world, but you move through it so quickly that you can't appreciate it. And it's not even like the people who want to take their time through the zones really can, because by the time you're invested in a zone you already out level it and feel pressured to move onto the next zone.
This problem is basically kicking Blizzards ass right now. People complain about lack of end-game content because all of it right now is just an AP grind. WoWs system is all about its end-game, and it can't even do that properly. MMOs like EQ, EQ2 or Anarchy Online had the majority of gameplay as levelling and learning their character. Ofcourse they had raids for end-game, and plenty of them. But WoW right now is so streamlined and basic that you just get end-game insanely fast.
I can understand your concern mate and while I do want to run pass all the levels (there are some classes I haven't played with since WoTLK and I got rid of some of those classess so I needed to level them up again) even I still try to do that with spending my time on special explorations or expeditions giving myself the chance to see what has changed since WOTLK (since WOTLK I haven't been much in touch with the game just came back here and there yearly and DAMN its been more than 11 years since I play with WoW..... many things have happened) Now I have this archeologist proffesion that I level and explore Azeroth while doing it (do some quests here and there) but I wouldn't need to be afraid of not getting any level because I just crank up the Dungeon Finder and I'll just get the inv when I'm not doing something interesting I'd also point out the fact that many people just complain that there is no end game content that there is nothing in WOW to do while I highly doubt that they have done some of the funniest quests with Jhonnyawesome and with a lot of hilariously funny questlines or just goofing around on Pandaria (that rolling race is still fun here and there) and even in WoD while we didn't had the "normal-endgame content" we still had quests which were awesome (looking into the lives of the draenei or the frostwolf clan for example) by the way we had that worgen girl's love story with that builder guy (won't spoil it) which may not sound that much but these small things make it seem that WoW is a World existing moving on year by year expanding and the people live Also we have a love story too at the hunter order hall too but I won't tell ya where it is find it yourselves Honestly to me leveling will never be about boosting some of my characters to max level because I like to get to know my character's play style and I might be alone in this but I like to make up stories how for example my Draenei shaman took pity on a dying goblin and recovered the heart of a beast to make a cure for him, or that time when Human archmage discovered the secrets of Kharazhan and since then been through a lot including the time when he acquired Aluneth and became one of the Tirisgard. Small things that make my game to be more fun and if I'd just boost my character I couldn't do anything with it because I wouldn't take the road that I need to learn a thing or two about how to play the class To me Leveling a character is about the story the experience the exploration and even if I reach the maximum level I do know that THATS when the adventure really begins because I can get to see more stories that I may not have seen before like at Surramar or the class quests ( Darion has became such a badass in the DK class quests ) or I can go back to do some nostalgia and try to look for things that I may have missed last time when I was there or look for new stories in the new expansion doing raids dungeons maybe Roleplay if you have a guild suited for your roleplay style Anyway I got carried away sorry about that but all that I'm trying to say that we all have a different play style how we live through the game and those who just complain about the content while we have a ton of hidden quest too (try to find Drak'thul and you might get an idea of what possibly Blizzard want to bring into the game) and those who complain should just bagger off and enjoy what we already have rather then just lash out to Blizzard to make more contents that they wouldn't play with anyway because they are too busy complaining..... I kinda agree with The Annoying Loser. However, for me, Cataclysm ruined some of my joy when it comes to Kalimdor and Eastern Kingdom. I do enjoy Outland, Northrend and Pandaria as for levelling zones...
i would normally jump to agree with you and most people on this subject as an ex hardcore wow player ive killed up to 7 bosses in naxx 40m and and cleared everything past that into mythic siege of orgrimmar and have been "casual" since no raiding just having fun with couple friends doing pvp/wq/dungeon its kinda nice to be able to play any character i want at max level with free will over the dread of leveling and spending months grinding up AK and AP all and all wow has to much player base that all wants different things cant please them all

Most of the chests in Val'Sharah give pretty good ep if you wear leveling gear. So make sure to get them. :)

Honestly, flight not withstanding, being a druid helped you out a ton. Flight form means you can interact with objectives in midair.

1 crafted leggo, 1 boe ring 840, maybe 1 or 2 other peices to off set the low ilevel of boas and its a breeze

probably didn't have hierlooms. maybe not have flying.

with legion assaults i have now almost leveled every character that i had at 100 to 110 almost exlusively on assaults

don't think relics can be dauntless. I remember looking for them and not finding them in the menu
conslegion isnt updated for 7.2.5 though and most of the recent comments on curse say it doesnt work

I skipped 3 lvling zones because I just logged in with my alts when Invasions were active.
If you have two accounts can you take your 110 main and put your alts on the second account on follow and run a dungeon for decent xp?

paragons matter not. the new relinquished gear make getting bis leggos so easy. and ap grind is gone. concordance takes maybe a week at max levels.
concordance doesn't mean anything after one. Tanks need 10 levels to feel 50% reduction on bosses auto attack. Totally irrelevant numbers.

What should I do as a twink that's trying to get to 110? I have 823ilvl at 102 and can easily run my own dungeons but should I drop some gear for the heirloom bonuses and have someone else run me or just easily power my way through zones
Great video! Is zone completion necessary for characters getting to 110? Do you need to collect the pillars at all, or just hit 110 and head to the Broken Shore?
If you have flying on your main, you're pretty set for most of your alts. You can level entirely off invasions to 110 and not touch any other quests. Once they ding 110, you can do the broken shore assault scenario to unlock that area which was locked behind an account achievement for friendly rep with all factions. Then you can get dauntless tokens from nethershards/invasions to get to 850. You'll have to complete your class hall campaign to get the 3rd relic slot which holds down your ilevel otherwise.
Uziha And to answer your question a out the pillars: nope! once you've done the story quests on one character you do not need to do them again on slots to unlock anything. As said above the only quest line you absolutely have to do is your order hall quests to get your third relic slot.
Pillar quests, suramar quests, broken shore quests, so long as you have those done on one character you need not repeat them to get into all the endgame content on alts.
Pants is also guild level that requires guild raid achievements. Also, no, you don't want flying anyway. Flying Sucks and so does Suramar

There are a LOT of people in my position - we wanna do more alts, but we wanna do them with flying. But by the time we get flying, we could do all the alts... so we do neither.

I'm levelling right now, doing everything in the video, with all of the bonus exp. heirlooms and it's not going nearly as fast. The time is either exaggerated or I'm messing something up somehow.
probably inefficient. even when I take breaks I can hit 108 in 5 to 6 hours without invasions and heirlooms.

Arise Fuse it's a script command for action cam. just Google it. you just type a / command to enable it and disable it.

You click-bait title made a horrible assumption that we all can drop a time dump on the flying mount achievement.
theAnalyst Exactly. I was asking myself "How is he leveling so fast?" But then realized he was flying everywhere. And as you said, I didn't spend my free time grinding to fly.. Which by the looks of it adds at least 3 to 4 times more time on my leveling. The video creator should note that.
WoD is the worst offender on the flying front... at least if you are watching this you are currently playing and could have casually accomplished flying by this point.
It took me 3 weeks on just focusing on that for an hour or two a day!
And I'm here watching wow videos while playing other games and debating to sub or not to sub....nah, after my backlog will be clear. For now Bellu must suffice.

Honestly I'd wait until you have flying to work on alts. It will be a pain moving around a zone that's under invasion if you don't have the flight paths. It's just so much easier and faster to fly from invasion quest after invasion quest rather than trying to find a way on the ground around mountains, mobs, etc.

I understand that most people only care about the endgame, and that a lot of people have alts that they need to get to max level or whatever (especially with artifacts now) but the fact that it takes but a few hours to max level really saddens me. It's stupid to feel that way, I know, but I do. WoW used to be about the WORLD of Warcraft, and with each expansion it seems to become less and less about that. You could argue that questing in Kalimdor or the EK for months was annoying, and yeah it may have been, but it also made me feel more attached to the zones I quested through. Now, most people couldn't tell you much about any zone past WotLK. Even in current Kalimdor and EK it's like this. Blizzard put all that work into revamping the old world, but you move through it so quickly that you can't appreciate it. And it's not even like the people who want to take their time through the zones really can, because by the time you're invested in a zone you already out level it and feel pressured to move onto the next zone.
This problem is basically kicking Blizzards ass right now. People complain about lack of end-game content because all of it right now is just an AP grind. WoWs system is all about its end-game, and it can't even do that properly. MMOs like EQ, EQ2 or Anarchy Online had the majority of gameplay as levelling and learning their character. Ofcourse they had raids for end-game, and plenty of them. But WoW right now is so streamlined and basic that you just get end-game insanely fast.
I can understand your concern mate and while I do want to run pass all the levels (there are some classes I haven't played with since WoTLK and I got rid of some of those classess so I needed to level them up again) even I still try to do that with spending my time on special explorations or expeditions giving myself the chance to see what has changed since WOTLK (since WOTLK I haven't been much in touch with the game just came back here and there yearly and DAMN its been more than 11 years since I play with WoW..... many things have happened)
Now I have this archeologist proffesion that I level and explore Azeroth while doing it (do some quests here and there) but I wouldn't need to be afraid of not getting any level because I just crank up the Dungeon Finder and I'll just get the inv when I'm not doing something interesting
I'd also point out the fact that many people just complain that there is no end game content that there is nothing in WOW to do while I highly doubt that they have done some of the funniest quests with Jhonnyawesome and with a lot of hilariously funny questlines or just goofing around on Pandaria (that rolling race is still fun here and there) and even in WoD while we didn't had the "normal-endgame content" we still had quests which were awesome (looking into the lives of the draenei or the frostwolf clan for example) by the way we had that worgen girl's love story with that builder guy (won't spoil it) which may not sound that much but these small things make it seem that WoW is a World existing moving on year by year expanding and the people live
Also we have a love story too at the hunter order hall too but I won't tell ya where it is find it yourselves
Honestly to me leveling will never be about boosting some of my characters to max level because I like to get to know my character's play style and I might be alone in this but I like to make up stories how for example my Draenei shaman took pity on a dying goblin and recovered the heart of a beast to make a cure for him, or that time when Human archmage discovered the secrets of Kharazhan and since then been through a lot including the time when he acquired Aluneth and became one of the Tirisgard.
Small things that make my game to be more fun and if I'd just boost my character I couldn't do anything with it because I wouldn't take the road that I need to learn a thing or two about how to play the class
To me Leveling a character is about the story the experience the exploration and even if I reach the maximum level I do know that THATS when the adventure really begins because I can get to see more stories that I may not have seen before like at Surramar or the class quests ( Darion has became such a badass in the DK class quests ) or I can go back to do some nostalgia and try to look for things that I may have missed last time when I was there or look for new stories in the new expansion doing raids dungeons maybe Roleplay if you have a guild suited for your roleplay style
Anyway I got carried away sorry about that but all that I'm trying to say that we all have a different play style how we live through the game and those who just complain about the content while we have a ton of hidden quest too (try to find Drak'thul and you might get an idea of what possibly Blizzard want to bring into the game) and those who complain should just bagger off and enjoy what we already have rather then just lash out to Blizzard to make more contents that they wouldn't play with anyway because they are too busy complaining.....

I kinda agree with The Annoying Loser. However, for me, Cataclysm ruined some of my joy when it comes to Kalimdor and Eastern Kingdom. I do enjoy Outland, Northrend and Pandaria as for levelling zones...

i would normally jump to agree with you and most people on this subject as an ex hardcore wow player ive killed up to 7 bosses in naxx 40m and and cleared everything past that into mythic siege of orgrimmar and have been "casual" since no raiding just having fun with couple friends doing pvp/wq/dungeon its kinda nice to be able to play any character i want at max level with free will over the dread of leveling and spending months grinding up AK and AP
all and all wow has to much player base that all wants different things cant please them all
