@@statuskuogarage7462 Could you make a video just about your suspension and what you would recommend? That’s one thing I would like to do to my Accord, lower it a couple of inches and improve its handling.
I’m lucky my little beater ‘01 Accord is white. The paint looks great for being 20 years old. And I live in Las Vegas, so it’s the same here.. The sun is relentless. The best thing you can do is keep it clean, keep it dry and wax it as often as possible.
What fender reflectors do you have on? I have been looking for reflectors I only find them for civics though i dont know if it would work on my accord, thank you
Those are from the EDM, Australia and Asia ones. Same shape as the CD5 JDM ones but has more of a three dimensional lens rather than flat. No matter what you use, you're gonna have to cut into your fenders.
I just don’t understand why Honda used such crap clear coats on their cars. They are notorious for these paint problems. By comparison I have a 23 year old Impala that has been parked outdoors most of its life in Texas, and it’s paint and clear are still perfect. But… Chevy sucks. I’m a Honda guy through and through.
Haha I agree, I have a 2000 F150 that was outside for years and the paint was still good. You can wax and wash a Honda once a week and still see the clear coat fail. They make good cars but have bad paint for sure. Nice to meet another Honda guy!
i have the exact same car, just the 3.0, even in the same color. love what youve done to it, i just started my build
Thanks, good luck with the build, it's an awesome car to work on, everything is super easy. Suspension is one of the first things I'd recommend
