This would be a worthwhile project if you could find a good honest mechanic that would actually do all of this work without cutting corners,i.e., not using factory parts, not actually replacing the parts, and or doing a half-ass job. I'm curious to know what kind of internal engine damage there might be. Most people who let that many maintenance issues slide on their cars, don't take care of just the engine. I wouldn't be surprised if the rings were on their last leg or the cylinders were completely matted in carbon buildup. Maybe some severely worn clutches in the transmission and some cooked seals. I would like to add, though, that it's not lost on me, the incredible workmanship and care that you've put into that car. It's admirable, and it looks incredible. Very nice work, guys. This is hands down the most incredibly thorough and beautiful detail job I've ever seen, and I've watched tons of these videos. That car looked like it just rolled off the production line.

Lexus LS400 the very first Lexus is the MOST BEAUTIFUL LEXUS ever built.
.
It's one I have to acquire, in addition to the 2008 LS 460. Made comment about it prior to reading.
Wow, I purchased a 2011 460L in Black in July of 2023. It has 105,000 mi on it now, I did replace all control arms so far. Fantasy to have all this done...
These cars are incredibly beautiful and timeless.
Did they restore TWO? 460hL and 600L?
This would be a worthwhile project if you could find a good honest mechanic that would actually do all of this work without cutting corners,i.e., not using factory parts, not actually replacing the parts, and or doing a half-ass job. In this case, these mechanics did an exceptional job. 6:56 The owner of this beautiful restored Lexus will have at least 10 more years driving a reliable great looking classic vehicle.
Good job

How much do you refurbish the steering wheel for? Including the leather on the wheel itself
about $150 for the steering wheel !
Y’all are so amazing! Wished I could get my 2010 LS 460L to you. Keep up the spectacular work.
This is the type of car you do this cleaning to. Absolutely great job!
Weird. Around what, 90% of the comments are bots.
That's just the state of the internet these days
Seriously, i truly enjoyed seeing anyone sharing their gifts, especially with such passion. I really do appreciate you guys and for sharing this!! PLEEEEEASE tell me you're in California
Labor of love ❤️
For $2500 it probably needed a new engine
(laughs in $30k parts)
How is it 30k?
They made love to that car…. I had to watch it to the end!!! Great job guys
One of the best jobs I have seen done on a lexus I would love to let you guys work on my lexus and do what you did to the ls great job you guys did
He is using cheap Chinese parts. Garbage.
Shut up. Always looking for faults.
Amazing job! I have the 460L with executive package as well. I've only owned LSs and by far the best one.
These guys are going to be booked for the next 5 years, putting in work like that!
Now that is detailing at its finest. The best I have ever seen, excellent.
one of the most beautiful cars that has ever made at all time
For sure. I can think of some old classics that I would love to have to restore, but, this is my favorite for sure. Was fortunate to be able to use my cousins 2008 LS460 when he took trips.
I wish you’re here in dubai so you can make my 430 exactly what you did here. I couldnt find someone who can do such work with so much love you put into thisb incredibly amazing work man
Just Gorgeous. I did something similar to a Saturn Sky and Saturn Aura XR both are 2008 and look immaculate inside and out.
In-fricking-credible!!! Never saw such a transformation before! Wow!
Wow. I wish the United States, mechanics, and detailers did half as good of a job as these young men who seem to take pride in what they do.
Boys, that was the most satisfying video of renovation of car that I ever saw.The make is not so important, but the details, ooo my.I hope one day and i to may afford something like that.God bless you all!!😊
