I was the same always worrying about what protein meat am I going to have for breakfast, lunch, and dinner and then tracking those macros. I've been taking your approach on dieting and it has been a much more enjoyable journey

For me its so hard to stick to eating well. I do a lot of sport, but I also do eat a lot. I love chocolate so much, and its difficult to lose body fat for me because I love eating so much

Great video again Andrew. Be good to get your thoughts on alcohol in a future video and where you fit it in etc or if you do at all.
Hope you had a nice weekend away.

Wow. 120g of protein. You just wrecked my brain a little bit. I thought you would consume a bit more protein because of how your physique looks. Currently questioning if I'm in the fitness matrix. Im going to experiment with lowering my protein just a little to see how my body reacts. Anyways, thanks for the informative video

While I see that you don't count your macros on non-shooting days, do you still track your weight daily?

    • @AndrewRussellFitness

Thanks for the support, I probably weigh myself once every 2-4 weeks just to check in but no not daily 👍🏼

With protein i recently read the recomended daily amount is 0.8g per kg in usa . This number was derived from testing many individuals and it was found protein intake varied grwatly per person under lab conditions , so 0.8g was the recomended amount to cover 99 percenr of the population even though most of population required less .
Your diet is similar to mine i will try and cook plant based during the week and a meat curry or something on the weekend with roast on sunday 😅

Do you personally eat when you are hungry or do you more or less eat based on habit? Those foods you eat look incredibly filling.

My friend, I'm watching you, I send greetings from Russia. I want to ask you a question, don't you eat a lot of fat? 180 fats? When I gain 100 grams, I already get scared for my shape. :)

Good video provides a lot of value but if your going to post the macros maybe leave them on the screen for longer then 0.164 seconds 😂
