It's hard and it takes few sessions before you get the effort distribution right: same power output trhough all bouts with barely completing the last one.
I learned it from training with old GCN video: with Matt and Lucy.

My very first session ever on my joroto. 38 years old, 220 pounds... maybe 225.
I did 25-30 mins just cycling without a class to follow. I did this class for a first time and much better. Couldn’t believe the sweat.

I have a limited attention span and when I do stationary bike I don't feel like I'm not getting anywhere!!! (I crack myself up.) I love this workout for maximum gain for the time put in. Pair it with Kettlebell swings or snatches!
Yay both you and GCN are doing training videos. Please keep it up. I don't have a bike yet (recently moved to uk) so I need to keep my bike fitness in the gym and this helps keep me motivated

I usually follow the GCN workout, but this is a great 1st GTN spin bike! Typically I do HIIT bike for 50 to 75 mins (500-800 kcal)

1. Ik had 4 advertenties van 15 seconden midden in een sprint.
2. Heather sprak vrij veel voor andere sessies terwijl ze niet bij de microfoon zat.

Why can’t they see we have to see adverts before every video and subjected to adverts everywhere- so disrespectful of the efforts of content!!
After checking the comments, I'm so glad I'm not the only one who found Heather (the girl upfront) THE MOST ANNOYING EVER. The workout was GREAT but ruined by forced and annoying comments from the girl. The other bikers in the video didn't look amused either which kind of provided some comic relief.
Can we have the female trainer be more encouraging. She is sort of negative complaining how tiring it is and its a downer to someone is trying to keep going

The placement of the advertisements is inconvenient. About 3 times during the intense workout I had to get off my bike to hit skip.
