First time seeing your channel. I started this at 5:20 this morning and ended at 6:55am. I had a lot as a take away from this session and I cant be more thankful to know that this is how I am starting my new year. Because I never, have ever, done this. Woke up at 4am. Decided I was gonna 'be up' - took a shower got dressed for the day (im autistic - this is not my usual routine) and I remember saving this to watch later. Something prompt me this morning to find it and go out into my back yard and meditate with this. I cant wait to see what the day brings!
I just got this notification as I was laying down, ready to go to sleep. I can't believe in 2025 I will have been falling asleep to your voice for 5 years.
