You are the first person that produces these sorts of videos that I started using instead of sleep medicine. I'm a disabled vet and have been listening on and off to your videos. They along with some frequency adjusted noise really help me sleep. They really help me calm down They help my traumas burn less and allow me to sleep more. I just wanted to say sincerely thank you. I practiced on and off for about 7 years and besides the vibrational stage a few times and sleep paralysis I didn't leave my body until this year. If you lucid dream you can create a portal to the astral from your dream. You can also pray deeply with your heart atb3.33am to your spirit guide to help you astral project. That's how I got out properly for the first time. In fact my first two experiences a spirit guide helped me. I also had a format like "week 1-method x, day x, results x" and was reading a book on APat the time so If you obsess over it for a time it should imprint into your unconscious Sorry for the mouthful but don't give up!

These hypnosis's make me fall asleep good and hard!! I LOVE Joe's videos bc I sleep so deeply. BUT... when I listen to these.. I actually do not remember my dreams but I sleep like I am in a coma until my alarm goes off. However..... without thees.. I do remember my dreams but I do not sleep as soundly. So I need to find my balance I suppose

perhaps you could focus on words and feelings (ex. emotions or physical) rather than visualization? for example, maybe listing things you’d be able to see where you’re trying to project to could serve the same purpose as the actual image/mind’s eye visualization? wishing you well on your journey! i’m positive that you will find a way that works for you

I would highly recommend making your attempts 6-7 hours into your overall sleep cycle. If you normally wake up at 7:00 try waking yourself up around 6:00 and make your attempts then. Since you will already be relaxed from coming out of sleep just go into to a projection technique such as the "Rope" technique which is in this video and many others. - Joe T. P.S. Keep a dream journal to recall your dreams, lucid dreams and O.B.E's. P.P.S. The law of attraction (or a positive mindset) works for anything including lucid dreaming and attempting to astral project. If you make your attempts with any doubt or any thoughts that it won't happen it probably won't.

I think we're using our experiences to conjure presleep affirmations that take us into the dream of extreme comfort water floatation that encourages astral body weightlessness therefore mindfull liberations.
