You are a gift from God brother Muzi 🙌 I need to buy a second hand car this year but I'm not interested in a Picanto or Agya 🙉😬 so you looking into second hand cars is a huge blessing for me.... God bless you
Great content always with so much humor. Can you please do a list of SUVs with good off road capabilities? Particularly want one suitable for that. Thanks.
Listened to your interview with King David and came here to see for myself and I must say that I'm hooked...absolutely love your unique style! By the way you're correct, my goat is not your goat! 😉
Awe bro I just wanna say well-done on the interview you had with bra King David Mashabela it was quite inspirational bro keep up the good work buddy 😎🙌🙌
@saintknodge I wouldn't recommend it as a first car because you would expect problems much sooner than with a new model. However, it's good car if well taken care of.
Thanks for the review. I drive the same one and yes fuel consumption is crazy when the engine is still new it gets better after 5000 KM and even better beyond 10 000. It's a big car with a small engine but if you buy an SUV you definitely should know what you're signing up for.
Rented one with 20000 km on the clock and consumption peaked at 14 l / 100 km. The biggest annoyances are erratic gear changes and the fact that one has to reach to the far left of the screen to adjust climate control. Comfortable ride and quite refined otherwise.
@@hwleitner2009 never got more than 10L in economy and never had any issues with transmissions . The controls for Kia and Toyota are both on passenger side so pressing one button on dash to bring up ac controls is easier
CR7 is the G.O.A.T... 🔥🔥🔥REGARDLESS. I think the hybrid version of this car will be the perfect fit, imagine averaging 4,5 l /100k in town and 6.5 l/100k on the highway. ✨️
Thanks for the well packaged and required info through your efforts, Dr M! The manufacturer claim is relevant and may be achieved if we consider the quality of fuel (Sulphur content) and altitude of the area the vehicle is been driven on. Another difference is the fuel brand being used on the vehicle. Sasol and Engen 93 octane have a tendency of giving more distance for most vehicles...mara asikho lapho;-)
It's a petrol motor what does sulphur have to do with that🤔 You're correct about the altitude aspect. But I also think the ones who are experiencing higher fuel consumption are the automatic gearbox owners.
Thank you brother Muzi for the amazing car content. Quick question (unrelated) - If a dealership like Hyundai or Kia is selling a pre-owned car of a different brand (BMW, VW, etc.) what is the general rule of thumb that one can go with when deciding whether to buy or not?
So it turns out that its not the worst in its class at fuel consumption. The only thing that could beat it is a S-Cross but you dont get that in the South African Market. Alot of people forget that 4300mm worth of SUV isnt going to sip fuel like a hatchback just because its smaller than a Prado. You want the best fuel consumption well get comfortable with a car like a Celerio. The people that rag on the Jolion for its fuel consumption either dont drive those class of cars or live in a fantasy land where a Seltos can sip fuel like a Picanto. Or they just dont like Chineese cars and want any excuse not to look at one for whatever, to each their own. Great video as always Muzi.
Dr Sambo kunjani I'm a big fan of this channel, started following it from 10k subscribers 😂. So I just became a University lecturer and I love a Tiguan R line. In your point of view so you think I can afford it or am I being too ambitious?
Yes the world cup has settled the GOAT debate and the facts has settled the GOAT debate, you should know that you shouldn't think with your feelings and heart when it comes to these things but with facts Muzi and that's that🤷🏿♂️
Can't wait for the new segments where we compared buying new than used. Reason being, I have bought brand new cars and my current work vehicle is a 2008 Nissan X Trail 2.0 Cdi (Awd). It's in the same segment as these vehicles but that car is amazing. I can drive 950km per tank (60 litres) at 120km/h. It has most modern features including heated seats and a panoramic sunroof. The only thing I changed was the radio. The maintenance is very affordable. The car is very powerful for its age. I do not think I would ever buy a Jolion after owning my 14 year old X Trail.
Mr sambo I we ordered the ford ranger wildtrak v6 diesel and yoh we had to pay 988k other dealership in Namibia asking 999k and we walked away to get the 988k
Bro its sad because my parents have an haval h6 c 2019 model and we cant even drive it in sport because it choiiis petrol😭😂but in sport mode it movesss
Well, we are indeed having a different GOAT. Mine is Messi mara asikho lapho🤣🤣🤣

People are definitely moving away from brand new overpriced cars and looking at demo and second hand cars, that offer value for money!

Great review!
I averaged the same (7.5 L/ 100 km) consumption in a 2003 BMW 318i from PMB to Pretoria
@saintknodge I wouldn't recommend it as a first car because you would expect problems much sooner than with a new model. However, it's good car if well taken care of.

I’ve had my jolion for 18 mths and 16000kms . There is no difference after 5000kms or 10000kms it’s still very thirst , hard to get under 9.5L/100kms
