- Since I first got into the Jolion I was convinced that if it gets in front of many eyes it will sell, that's because there is not a lot to fault. Many just complain about fuel consumption and now Haval has responded but does it bring another question on one of Haval's most attractive features, the price? You will decide after this video!😉

In your video you talk about the e-pedal in the jolion and both you stated that the H6 doesn't have it. I own a H6 and can confirm that it has the e-pedal

As long as its completely locked, when you open it via the key it will do that.
In a normal jolion one can get the fuel consumption down if one drove like a tanie Marline or something.

@@manyuhahulisani2091 Apparently people are getting ridiculous numbers Like +/- 13L per 100 km, and that's on eco mode.

Thanks a lot for the video sir, I like the car a lot, especially the look of the superlux hybrid. But is unfortunate that haval doesn't give you this car for the whole week to test, especially after you popularised it to the messes...
Demtumza, I tried to reach out to them many times with no luck but it's one of those things bro. You work with those that appreciate you more. Haval Pretoria has been great to me. I would have loved to have longer tests but with time, I will get there🤞🏾. I appreciate you a lot, you know that🙂
How good does the AC perform in hot weather? Too many Chinese cars with AC that can't cope.
Did not test it in here, H2 suffers haaaaard

It's quite quick actually. Might be the best in performance compared to others. As much as the S was given more power🤔

Not as crazy but if you drive fast yes, 120 is your friend in there. Going hard at it then yes it will chow🤔

Sho my guy, so do dealerships allow you to test drive their cars just for content or you have to have a motive or reason for test driving the cars?..for example you a journalist or car reviewer?
They do allow even just for content but like any business it's about whether you can give them something in return. Honestly it's not easy to find dealerships that will open up to test drives just for content, mostly they allow shooting inside the dealership. It's all about creating good relationships and providing some sort of "return" which can be in a form of exposure, same as manufactures when they send cars.
I'm wondering who pays for the fuel.

@@Kopsnkops It's easy to start at dealerships than any other place actually. From there you can approach manufactures as you grow your network

Can you buy this car and then get a biscuit spare wheel and just keep it at the boot of the car??? 😂
I guess you can😅 but you will eat up the already limited boot space😅

First things first I see SA is migrating fast to efficient cars.
I’m not sure about electricity and petrol type cars.
I know we starting slowly to get into electric cars but are we ready?
Do we have enough infrastructure especially for slightly longer trips or are we targeting city users?😤🙊
I would love to believe Hybrid is meant to answer this but then with all the tech these cars tend to have, reliability?
I do believe petrol is expensive and that won’t change but long term it will cost a lot to run a semi electric car just my opinion🤓😤
The price of the Hybrid means you can easily go look for a used bakkie with low mileage like hilux 2,4 double cab and have reliability fuel efficiency and space but yes less spec.
But in ten years will the Haval be running as reliably as hilux - No🙈🙈😅
Also this revs high and the seamless from petrol to electric is not as high end cars.
High end cars tend to start with electric then move to petrol this starts in reverse 😩🥲
As consumers we have huge decisions to make but as for hybrid I love brands like haval cherry and based on value you see they flying off showrooms but only time will tell whether they will stand test of time🦍

Ozem my brother🙂!!! The switch to Hilux might be difficult as you will get an older model or lower end which will not serve you well as a "daily" unless if you are considering it for commercial purpose. You have an amazing point on a lot of tech being packed in car. Peugeot used to do that and by year 8 a lot of things will not be working well including rear sensors and electronic hand brakes but that is before the tech got to be made in the way it's made now. With more time it seems to me that they are improving in durability. Overall on the Jolion though, the price of the Hybrid may deter you from buying it if you generally spend less than R2.5K on petrol. This will go for all cars that are hybrids and for the first time I think Corolla Cross Hybrid is going to enjoy this one🤔
