Max 2 FSI we can achieve . But without approval you can't construct legally . If you are constructing building without approval that will be unauthorised construction .
Sir maximum FSI achievable is 2 . For any building construction you have to apply for building approval. If you are constructing without approval then it becomes unauthorised construction. Anytime they have rights to demolish .

Govt will demolish the additional construction upon inspection . In future court and govt will be more strict .
