Those tree photographs are stunning! I worked as a photographer for almost 20 years and still photograph as much as I draw. For me, they work like ying/yang.
@@TheIllustratorsGuide I use my photography mostly as a medium of its own or as reference images. Sometimes I built small sets that I photograph, more as illustrations. On a different level, I have similar ways of approaching a subject, which can be helpful, but sometimes I need to let go and find the next step.
