You Raise Me Up is a standard at all Celtic Woman concerts, I've seen them live 8 times now. My favorite group and in my opinion the Songs From The Heart version is their best. You ought to check out Amazing Grace from this concert. Another Celtic Woman standard is Danny Boy.

yep always have been since the original special!! excluding their Christmas ones...
my memory was during the Postcards tour.
well in my local venue they toured last year in Proctors theatere in Schenectady, didnt really want you to be loud, even tho i completely ignored that rule hootng and hollering like i was drunk even tho i was not, and proud of it too lmho...
anyway, ive not seen Chloe in years my fave member oviously, seeing her again in CW brought back memories from all my past times ive attended their shows and meet/greets... it was during this song, Chloe was on the stage exactly across from where i gave her a heart using my hands, with tears in my eyes... the smile Chloe had was just pure joy and love she knew it was me, looked straight at me and nodded, and we just had our moment together like it was only us 2...
sorry if this comment was lengthy to read xd i just love sharing my CW experiences with real fans...

OMG...Way to go,you two!!!! This is one of the Most Beautiful Concerts CW (Celtic Woman) Ever Sung,Next to The Sloan Castle Concert.....This was in Wicklow,Ireland, and The place Is called Powerscourt House And Gardens....This was set 13 years ago, roughly 2 Major concerts later, after The Helix one. 3 of the 5 original members was still performing.....Chloe Agnew,(K-LOW-WE AG-NEW)The 2nd vocalist,Lisa Kelly,,The 3rd Vocalist, and The Violinist Mairead Nesbitt(MAI-RAYED Nez-Bitt).....The 1st Singer, Lynn Hillary,(Linn Hill lary)Was ONE of the Newcomers...To me,save for MAYBE two other Artists,This Group is the Most Well-Rounded group of singers and performers,Group-wise,I have ever known....They ALL have hearts of Gold, you two...especially Mairead... PLEASE try another CW Song, you will NOT regret it,and suggest trying next.....Mairead Nesbitt`s Major-League Great instrumental song known as Granuaile`s Dance...The SONG is incredible....You two would love it! PLEASE consider my suggestions, and TY for reacting to this!!! You 2 got MY thumbs up!

They have worked for Disney. They did the music for Tinkerbell and Tinkerbell 2. Máiréad Nesbitt the violinist played her violin every time Tinker Bell flew in the movie. They’ve been on the today show good morning America they’ve had five or six PBS specials. In fact, the one you’re watching is part of a Emmy award winning PBS special from 2009.
Máiréad just did another Disney special with Lindsay Sterling.
Celtic Woman has been literally everywhere, and nobody knows them. 😏

Its a song originally by Secret Garden with vocals by Brian Kennedy. Its been covered numerous times with the Josh Groban version having success in the US and Westlife version in the UK.

It's not technically a worship song but a lot of people (including myself) take it that direction.

You know me as an Uber Rush fan, but I also I love the sublime vocals of all iterations of Celtic Women and Alison Krauss and Union Station are right there as well. If it sounds amazing it sounds amazing.

Didn’t expect to watch the entire song but I did. Their voices are very calming to me. Would be a lot better with a saxophone though.
Sight reading - my son does a lot of that as well. Was invited to go join a sight reading group once a week and they also do parades I guess. He will be playing tuba though. Not bass for the parades!

If you get a chance please listen to this song by Josh Groban. Check out the official music video. It is well worth the time. They even play the Irish pipes in that version.
