    Love the channel and the workouts Brandon. The bands are second to none. I won’t lie- They take a little getting used to with respect to balance, form, and understanding how to create the resistance you want. But when you get it sorted they crush Better than the conventional gym.

    This is an awesome video! It's really grueling if you know your bands and push yourself to failure on every set. The footplate is so helpful for the final two movements. I'm glad I purchased one recently. Thank you for providing clear instructions and all the pointers to make sure all the movements are done properly to avoid injury.

    I really wanted to workout with me bands but I’m so scared of the anchors coming out of the walls , I did use the studs but their in my house walls I’m not sure if they can handle that much weight coming off them so they just sit unused in the corner 😩 for like two years

      We have over 300lbs of weight hanging from one of our wall anchors. Also, when properly mounted into wood studs they are more than capable of supporting 500lbs.
