Sure. Easy to do when you have no pain. Add to that cramps and spasms you suffer afterwards.

Thanks for making the clip, I'm 5 weeks in after having non robotic bilateral replacements the left knee is very swollen and very painful (still was for 4 months).
The right knee has very little swelling with next to no discomfort or pain.
15.11.23 update: 13 months in and feeling great and am back to cycling, motorbiking, hiking 25/30 degree uphill and most importantly the gardening : )
For me it was a 12 month one day at a time recovery and the 6 months of the daily water physio and cycling was the key to my success.
The left knee gets a 2/10 tightness once in a while and having zero pain or discomfort is a 10/10.

Hi , just wanted to say that Iam 6 months in and swelling has gone down a lot but still have some and now and then still have pain. Icing the leg for 10 minutes a few times a day really does work. I also lay on the floor and put my leg up on the sofa and have your feet go up and down. Reason for this to allow the liquid to travel Down to stomach. But don’t worry, the bottom of the body absorbs the liquid, and you will eventually pee it out.. good luck to you HOPE your recovery is quick.😊

how are you now? can you walk and bend your knee?

@annisaal-habsyi I'm 13 months in now and I'm a brand new 61 year old guy and can do everything I wanted to do and most importantly with zero pain and discomfort.
Both knees bend freely at 135 and I did give up trying to reach a set bending degree goal at 4 months, if we fight hard to get the bends then the degrees don't matter and will eventually come good.

This is why I have been debating on doing surgery to my pinky finger, I fractured it a year ago now and unfortunately it healed with a malunion and malrotation deformity and as a guitar player I cannot make the certain chord shapes like I used to. I am so scared whether surgery would make it worse or better in the long run. I had a few surgeons advised me to just live with it, and one of them said that there is a bout an 80% chance it would be better and 20% chance it could be worse. However I know there is no guarantees, he really didn’t take time to explain to me what the risks would be such as the stiffness and other complications. The thing is, it doesn’t really affect my day-to-day living that has been why it has been such a difficult decision to make. I can pretty much get through my day fine obviously it’s just playing guitar with it. Plus it is obviously annoying because it he was such a hyper extension to it as well. I am just so depressed that the original surgeon that I went to never fixed it, it’s OK very conservative approach and just let it heal incorrectly

Was in a long leg cast for 6 weeks just got out, now in a short leg because I broke my Tibia. Can hardly bend my knee at all, wish there were less intense things. I understand this is for knee surgery, but could you make something for coming out of long leg casts after extended periods of time

    Greeting Mam
Orthoscopic surgery was done for knee bending. Suggest some tablets or something along with stiff knee exercises to reduce daily stiffness and reduce the process of adhesion regeneration. I exercise three times a day and when I start exercising again, my knees become stiff. It's been 45 days since I started exercising. The knee bends 120 degrees due to exercise but then becomes stiff again and the pain lasts the whole day.
