I followed the first two reset options as explained and now the vehicle will not start! I had performed the first step several times prior to watching this video with no issues. The second one really messed up something. BEWARE!!!

I tried the second one and it worked for my 2000 Lexus GS300. I also disconnected the battery for 10 minutes right after. My car is back to normal now.

all resets show an Automatic transmission, what about a Standard..? i have a 07 matrix with stick shift, this did not work.
