California started commodifying housing after the 2008. The corporations are building like madmen north of Sacramento, the last farming communities here. European type five bedroom homes stacked like apartments and condominiums with no yard space at all. No one is buying them or living in them. The natural water table is being wiped out northwest of here. Corporations are buying single family homes and renting out rooms for $1500/month for 300 sq ft of sleeping space. This needs to end. I am over 65 and on SS. I cannot afford to rent a room so I live in my car. I have an AA, BS, and MS and cannot get a professional job. Human Services are now privatized and only refer me to shelters that are full. The shelters will put me on a waiting list. The waiting list is where you disappear. There are many like me living in parking lots. Some are older than me.

But house supply is severely restricted by the local governments' extreme regulations, lengthy review periods, subdivision restrictions, building moratoriums, and very very heavy fees; House demand is stimulated by government through ultra low interest rates and general money printing, no money down programs, mass immigration, and by creating the psychology that house prices are going up and you better get in there and get some of the free money giveaway. I am a Canadian. If I was American I would definitely vote and support RFK Jr. His father's spirit moves him for divine purpose.
Two of my favorite Presidents are his Uncle Jack, and his uncle's predecessor IKE. During that time, Americans enjoyed continued peace and prosperity. IKE warned us in '61 about the dangers of the buildup of the military industrial complex and his uncle challenged them to keep us out of war.

California started commodifying housing after the 2008. The corporations are building like madmen north of Sacramento, the last farming communities here. European type five bedroom homes stacked like apartments and condominiums with no yard space at all. No one is buying them or living in them. The natural water table is being wiped out northwest of here. Corporations are buying single family homes and renting out rooms for $1500/month for 300 sq ft of sleeping space. This needs to end. I am over 65 and on SS. I cannot afford to rent a room so I live in my car. I have an AA, BS, and MS and cannot get a professional job. Human Services are now privatized and only refer me to shelters that are full. The shelters will put me on a waiting list. The waiting list is where you disappear. There are many like me living in parking lots. Some are older than me.

He needs help getting on the ballot in all 50 states. This is done by citizens petition. Please everyone, look into the local ballot access laws in your particular State to see how many signatures are needed and by what deadline.

Sounds like it's time to refurb the flagship stores into low income housing. Cause of homelessness is caused by income inequality, mental illness (including vets with PTSD), severe climate events and a lack of medical insurance.
Severe climate events...like winter. That's why they come to warm states. Drugs.....Our society pushes drugs as a panacea. Good health practices are what will heal us. Exercise is not encouraged for our youth like it was. Kids and adults are obese and eat junk. Free medical will make people addicted to what physicians hand out.
