I don't get why people complain about the side buttons. I have 2 g pro superlight(one used for multiple years) and one g pro superlight 2 and never in my life the side buttons were off in terms of feel. Also having the following mice: razer viper mini, dav3 pro, multiple finalmice and so on. I feel like you are just some snowflakes that find excuses for being bad or to find arguments to flame logitech. Logitech will go like it used to do as the leading brand in this space of mice, "yikes".
@@Bogescianuok Logitech fan, the reality is that still using the same shit mushy micro switches with tons of post travel and to add more the same trash mouse feet.
after 6 mices in last year...coming from maining dav3pro (the motehrfing goat) and someone who owns relatively large hands 19.6cm by 10.8cm and the shape of DEX just suited me perfectly with that relaxed palm claw hybrid type of grip. i really like that soft touch on that back hump and the slight narrowness at the front makes me feel more precise and locked in. feels better coming from slightly wider front on dav3pro. good shit. i swear i am not a virgin.
I have the superlight 2 and just got the Dex the other day…after 30-40 minutes using the dex i had a pain in my palm and wrist…I think the back part of the mouse it to wide so when i swipe once to turn 180 degrees it feels like a weird movement/unstable aim… when i went back to the superlight 2 it felt so comfortable and natural..been playing cs go and now cs2 for many years and i have over 10k hours…i will stay with my superlight 2 and dex will have to go back. Thanks for the review ❤
Same. My ring finger and pinky starting hurting. Flicks definitely felt off because of the extra width. I also didn’t like the height difference for the left and right click. It feels better being closer to the mat. It took me less than an hour to switch back and immediately feel the perfection in my hand. Superlight 2 is definitely my forever mouse. It just feels right as soon as my hand touches it.

I'm not sure why they keep making new shapes. The dex and the g309... Like just make a g703 super light and a g305 super light. Don't even need to waste r&d money , it's that easy
Fr just do that and improve skates, ez money. They already have good sensors, decent coatings, most modern clicks are decent, they literally couldn't go wrong if they just kept things simple and updated their OG mice to 2024 standards.
its because they dont own the exclusive rights to those shapes anymore. there are chinese brands that are able to create the same shape of those mouse with 2024 features such as low weight and higher polling rate at 40-60 usd. if logitech created a superlight version of those mice they would be directly compared to those chinese brands so they make new mouse shapes so they charge whatever amount they decide because that mouse shape doesn't have any competition

Idk man, shape is okay. Coating is solid but not the best, clicks are better than the GPX but that doesn’t say much, side buttons still mushy, bad cable, bad skates, premium price. With how saturated this market is unless you love this unique shape, you can find better options for a small to big price difference.
People are angry because trash side buttons and skates are no longer cutting it when mice at that price point from reputable brands are pretty much perfect (think Pulsar, even Razer!) And even worse, chinese mice are perfect at half the price (VXE R major, Skyrox V8..)

If you specifically love Ergos, other than the pricing - considering the sensor quality and the shape (which is quite close to Outset AX, which is another GOAT Ergo shape) its an endgame mice I've previously used ec2-A/B - Pwnage Ergo - G603 - KPA - DAV3, lastly Outset AX W, Outset AX definitely has better coating, but other than that Dex is upgrade over it for me. Hi Brandon I follow you a lot, I need your great advice, I only trust your opinion, unfortunately RUclips is full of inconsistent things, I apologize for any errors, but I'm using Google translator, so I would like to buy a mousepad to have that step of aiming next, then I use Venus lgg, with mz1 mouse and Tiger ICE skates, I'm happy with it, that's why I'm asking you, which mousepad should I buy? so that I could have an instant aim improvement compared to Venus lgg? I hope you will answer me Thank you so much
I got the Superlight v1 in the Prime sale, after so many faulty mice that failed soon, luckily most during the refund window, and it's the most comfortable for my too short hand I've ever had. And I've got to say: I disagree with all "superlight's feet as trash". Sorry, but nope. They're not trash. They're like the top 20% I've had (on a soft pad at least and by a small test on hard pad also in those, can't say about glass pads, perhaps there they do come out bad). Sure, they're not the best (the Prime and the Keris Wireless glided better) and as such, for that price, they can be criticized as not being as top as the price is; but trash? Not at all. A lot of mice have worse feet, with the worst being the Model O2 Pro, man those are awful. The one thing I agree is bad is the side buttons. Especially at first. The first two days I hated them, they're not even mushy, I couldn't tell if I was pressing them or not. But then I adapted to them and now they don't feel that bad. Still, crap buttons.
Finally time to upgrade my g703 I was not sure if I should get Logitech mouse after the forever mouse bs sure this mouse doesn’t check all the boxes yet I’ll give it a shot
60 gr is far from a sweet spot for nowadays but its a personal preference. Its like 2020 sweet spot and we are in 2024. Plus the glides are not the best. Anyway it is playable but there are lot of better options in terms of price point and weight/performance
Still the same shit side buttons, yikes.
