Is that realistic to sell 12 cars for a month after two first month for a person with no experience and little training ? 3 months paid ,, and then they start 500$ less for 12 cars .
3 months 3.000 and 12 cars month number four pay will be 2.500$ ..more cars - more pay .????

In response to everyone that thinks this guy isnt giving good advice...
Not all salesmen are trying to take advantage of you. You've just ran into the ones that obviously rubbed you the wrong way. I've been selling cars for 12 years and have made many friends, had many repeat customers, and made many people's lives easier by making buying decisions that would put them in a great situations.
I've sold to 2 generations of plenty of my customers at this point and have made many friends along the way. Your experience when buying a car is solely up to you on how the buying process goes. If you are upfront and honest about what your goals are, then it's very simple to find a deal and an arrangement that fits your needs. But if you tend to "lie" to the salesman in order to try and get a "good deal" then of course it's going to be difficult for you to have an enjoyable experience.
A salesmens job is solely to find out what your motivation is for buying a car and what your parameters are. The faster he finds this out, the faster you can be in and out with a vehicle that you want for a price that makes sense to you. Try being honest and you'll probably have the first enjoyable experience you'll ever have buying a car. Or come see me and I'll sell you a car the right way and put a smile on your face.

Imma just tell my personal story. I was 21 (im a female) at a Cadillac Dealership with my brother. I was in the market for a CTS coupe. This dealership had a GORGEOUS unique dark green coupe. Nobody bothered to come outside to talk to me. Thats fine. I walk inside. Somebody comes up to me and they send me over to some guy in his office. He had his lunch on the desk and was like "sorry thats my lunch".... anywho I tell him I'm interested in the CTS outside and want more info on it. I tell him I cant buy today since I don't have my cosigner. I gave him my info and asked him to contact me and he said he would..... he NEVER did. I was SO mad. Not sure if it was because of my age, my sex, or ethnicity. I ended up going to another dealership bought a cts that actually cost me 4k more and even had more miles on it but these people at least acknowledged me and treated me like a human. FIRST IMPRESSIONS ARE IMPORTANT AND SO ARE THE FOLLOW UPS! Also do NOT judge a book by its cover!!! TREAT EVERYONE THE SAME

The day of the car sales man is gone, management treat you like shit, pay is worse then it was 40 years ago, being around car sales man all day, weekends, nights, days off, every one hates and distrust you. You would have to really hard up doing this kind of job any more. The first place that sale cars on line and makes it easy will put every one of these dealerships out! The few that try and stay will only be used to demo drive people, but no one will get a car from them. BECASUE THE OTHER GUY ON LINE WILL BE CHEEPER!

Dude you need to turn that negative mindset around asap. So what if the car industry changes. If your a real salesman then you can go be successful in any industry. Until that time comes then why not be grinding and making money and use some of that money to invest in other things like buying properties.

His ego was at a normal human level during this time. Soft-spoken, yet confident and respectful in his approach when explaining his points.
Now, he can't help himself when speaking to others about business without looking/acting like he's speaking to navy seals.
Stop trying to intimidate your colleagues and approach them without this weird doomsday approach. You're intelligent clearly, so I assume you understand it's boosting you in the RUclips algorithm via shorts when people view you acting like Jordan Belfort in a legitimate setting, but I assure you it will get old in due time. You're next move should be going on a podcast or two, or getting even more mainstream and going into collaborations with streamers or other RUclipsrs. Maybe even some sort of isolated controversy to spice it up, really rack in the views (money*).
I can only applaud you from my cheap desk chair sir, you're quest for money and the "hustle" is making you incredibly happy, I can only assume and hope, and so I can't knock it. However, I hope you don't end up regretting revolving your life around making money, and investing so much time in convincing yourself and others that gigantic amounts of income are necessary for a healthy and happy life/lifestyle. I get that it's a motivation tactic to not settle, but just look at the controversial comments that I described earlier in your comment sections lately.
