1. Don't Flinch / 2. Ask questions, how much am i expensive by / 3. Know your Competitor 4. Defend Value, features, how you are different / 5. Gain Commitment / Close the Sale / 6. Keep communications open / 7. Communicate Value
I like the the second point you made! I never thought about that ever! I will start applying this to my business. I want to do high quality work! I am tired of customers thinking they are going to get cheap work done because I am Mexican! I may be Mexican, but I have permission work in the USA LEGALLY! which means I have a legit company, with legit workers, I have to pay them every week, I have to pay payroll and taxes too! My gas for my truck is not cheap! The material I have to buy is expensive!
true to say, nobody can handle properly this situation if the buyer is already connected with a cheap seller. Nothing works. simply drop your price to grab customer.
Thanks for sharing your concerns about pricing. My new program is meant to give you the skills to be able to win business at a higher price. The only reason a buyer buys the cheapest price is they do not see, understand or feel they need any additional value, quality or support. The job of a salesperson is to sell, and win business by communicating your added value and services so you don’t have to cut your price. If all you were doing is selling the lowest price to win the business…then why do we need you as a sales person? Low priced clerks could cut the price on the telephone to close business if that were the only skills needed.
There are better ways to sell! I’m trying to teach sales people how to still win the business…even when you are not the lowest price. It is doable! It has been proven to work! But it will only work when you learn and apply the advanced concepts of selling I’m trying to share! Ready to make more money? Then check out “Your Price is Too High!” >
Sure hope you check out my series…instead of just giving up and dropping your price.
Thanx alot sir. i will stay connected with your programs n will try to learn how to increase sale with high price in a country where ppl are middle class n they purchase things by need not ny choice. once again thanx for response.
That's old fashioned traditional sales technique that I find solid and valuable and effective. But what can you do to beat competition when you sell online and people simply have so many cheaper competitors to choose from? They won't even interact to question price, they simply manifest an interest and disappear once they know how much it costs. Even though I explain clearly that my competence is high and my product/service is professional and high value. How do you beat competitors that offer a similar service with an hour free or a third of my price?

Never drop your price. Raise your value and your client's perception of it.
