    Have anxiety and a lot of chronic pain. Started physical therapy and of course a lot of pain while trying to sleep all night. Ran across this to ease my pain. Yes, it did help. Glad I found this videos :)

    I am having some panicky problem. Lately I noticed few days before my period. Is this normal? Or does it cause by hormone change? I am a bit worry. Otherwise I am just leading to a normal lifestyle. The more I feel panicky the more I will think negative and there goes my anxiety. I need some advise on this. Thanks.
