Beautiful, soothing, grounding practise! The epitome of what a bedtime yoga practise should be. Saving this one. The only thing I'll do different is pause the video during poses so I can stay in them longer. This easily could be an hour long bedtime sequence if the poses were held longer. I especially prefer holding pigeon much longer. Others than that this video has it all. The body scan at the end is my favorite part. Could easily do this in bed & fall asleep. Thank you for this video!❤
This was amazing! I have degenerative disc disease in my spine and she really helped me. She's so gentle with her approach. I will be following Emily from now on 😊
