I enjoyed the different movements introduced, yoga can get a little repetitive sometimes. Also the fact that had little stress in the wrists and few forward folds. I really like the instructor. Good stuff!
Oh, this was SO good ! I was in a bit of a tired state but wanted to do Yoga for relaxation and this was just perfect because it's slower than any other yoga i did in the past through vids and live. So THANK YOU for this jewel. I will do this in the future again. I know it.
thank you so much, I was getting boring with all the classes with the same exercises in different sequences. You have introduced something different. Besides this, there is not too many forwards moves in the praxis and that is very nice for my low back issues.You are my favorite, ever!

Loved this! Had to break it in half did to my COPD but it really loosened me up,and I feel stretched and energized for the day!
