      Multi tasking is good but you will never have a stronger fundamental attitude to anything you do. Stick to one thing, then move on to another once you complete the first task. Always have a goal, dead line. In practice I noticed that multi tasking don't get you anywhere you want to be

      @@SimplyFitLondonAlbinaSafarova Dont be concerned haha adhd is not studied enough to be understood. What it actually is, is your brain needing lots of input at the same time to produce enough dopamine. There are theories that overstimulating your brain for long periods of time can cause this but this is definetly NOT proven. ADHD is also not a bad thing per sei. It is only bad in the matter of the increasing difficulty to stimulate your brain enough to produce dopamine so patients often get unhappy/unsatisfied. This was just a sarcastic notice. You seem like a good mom so your son will surely not suffer from the side effects.
