I missed 3 and was beating myself up for it. Then he says at the end, its ok. You hear it all your life. He said it just as I was beating myself up it, now I am crying. Thanks, I needed that. Bought your book and subscribed. Love the superhero story. Happy you got to meet your super heros. You are a real life one. Amazing. Especially how you teach the elements; I actually saw and heard that on a podcast.

I did the exercise and it improved my memory. I made some mistakes honestly while doing this. But it's like what you said, you're learning. Your mind isn't set, it can improve with memory techniques. I even answered all the questions and fully cooperated with him. I'll get the list eventually, I just have to practice. I am looking to improve myself as a person.

I can’t do these memory games. Years ago, I attended a dyslexic awareness course to help me identify if my daughter was dyslexic. We were given a shopping list to remember by visualising different things and I could only remember one or two items on the list of 10, worse than when I normally go shopping. When I said I struggled with every exercise, I was then told I was most likely dyslexic myself.
However, I have just done your shopping list and remembered all 10 items, though not necessarily all in the right order.
    1. Avocados - top
    2. Blueberries - nose
    3. Broccoli - mouth
    4. Olive Oil - ears
    5. Eggs - larynx
    6. Leafy green vegetables - shoulders
    7. Salmon - collar bones
    8. Tumeric - fingers
    9. Walnuts - stomach (bread basket as we used to sing as children)
    10. Dark Chocolate - seat.
OMG! I have never been able to do that before. 😮
Acronyms don’t work for me at all.
I have been following the same workout routine for 21 days and can’t even remember the sequence of just 7 exercises. Not even which exercise we start with. So, I even struggle to follow muscle memory. I really need help.

2022: Great channel. Thanks! I recall this technique from a super-old reel audio tape my dad had. Originally produced in the 1960s. So memorable I haven't forgotten it yet: "The oatmeal cookies dancing in the living room!" :) Part of this technique's success is "dropping the structure" along multiple exercises of prior lists. Some of us have that self-sabotaging talent. ;)

MANY OF THESE LESSONS PEOPLE ARE GIVING THEY HAVE LEARNT FROM EARLIER GENERATIONS, why are they not honest in saying so. Thankyou for owning up that you learnt it from your DAD along time ago. As myself I am in my seventy’s and remember alot of lessons that I learnt from my parents, the only thing is I did not use it to make money, I shared it freely. RUclips is paying these people and they are earning tons of money.
