What's interesting about Part 2 is the fact they were still trying to figure out Freddy's powers. He does things that you never see again in the series.
I love this version of Freddy, he looks demonic! Robert's make up effects were perfect. Better than 3, 4, especially 5 and 6! There is one small detail on this figure bother me a little. In the movie he's wearing white/brown brogue shoes, but on the action figure he's got brown boots on. I know it's just a figure, but that small detail would have made it complete for me.
Much, much, much better than the previous release. The face printing and the new paint make it look so much cleaner and defined. Also it looks like they've given him the new ball jointed hips!
I agree with the head sculpts on this version. The skins on the face are nicer but the detail on the previous ones are more defined. Still, its a minor complaint from me.

Gotta agree with you on that one, of all the Nightmares it's the one that reminds me of the Strip Plaza Video stores rentals on a Friday night, plus its got possession to it, some sprinklings of Amityville Horror in there too, its a great movies

Maybe the worst reissue of all time, the paint in the burned skin has a ridiculous bootleg quality, in fact it´s the third reissue for those who don´t know.

It's the best of the sequels. Totally under rated. Freddy never looked better or more frightening.

The skin tone/paint app on the original release is much more movie accurate. He had a very slimey look to him in the second movie.
While it is true that her skin in the movie looks wet and sticky, the color is more similar in the new version, in the original release some parts were too dark...
