Im not an apple fan but we all saw here why Apple is expensive for a reason because of its quality, it was 108MP vs 12MP and yet iphone 12MP beats the 108MP in terms of quality. Mi Note 10 has amazing zoom capabilities though
Hey Patrick! That's very true. The Xiaomi has a lot going for it - The Zoom, 108MP, 5 lenses, etc. Yet the iPhone holds its own and even comes out on top with some of these tests. Goes to show how important processing is. (Y)
The 108MP mode isn't the best use of the lens though as due to the tiny subpixels, the contrast and HDR aren't as good. The binned 27MP shots are better in my opinion as you still get loads of detail but with way better colours and HDR. (I own the mi Note 10, so this is from experience)
If you shot in 108 MP and you zoom the quality is amazing. Do it with all other devices and you can see the difference. It is not the HDR or other staff, just the quality when you zoom the photo.
Though MI phones are great value for money and impressive on paper (also a huge android fan), when it comes to video esp stabilization, microphone and colors, iPhone indeed is so much better and can compete with DLSR (which I'm weary of getting since I don't wanna be carrying a huge camera around and prefer to be discreet). So if you're vlogging or you're after shooting more videos than photos and don't want the learning curve or carry a DLSR around, iPhone is worth buying.
Hey Aiza, that's indeed very true. The iPhone's color science especially in video has always been great. It even shoots at a higher bitrate than most phones, so would definitely be a great choice for people looking for a "video camera" phone. :)
seriously! the note 10 video is more stablilized, clear and natural compare to iphone and the depth effect is more natural too its some what near to dslr and the note 10 is natural in most situations and i suprised iphone was saturated, and in blind test i choose mostly xiaomi and at 3:34 you can see there its looks so natural and at 5:25 look the video the iphone looks like mobile where as xiaomi looks too good there, so you can get more cinematic video if you are interested to do on xiaomi,just try to check some other locations you will definetely get the goodness of note 10. Video must have good stabilizer so here i prefer note 10 over iphone, colors xiaomi over iphone, normal mode even its normal mode its looks like potrait mode in video and here xiaomi over iphone, Camere overall natural looking in every aspect and details too. overall xiaomi is a clear winner here. i prefer though

At 3:34 it the xiaomi looks very saturated and much more contrasty..which is far from natural And in the blind lest how do you know which one is more natural... As you weren't there...historically xiaomi tends to push it's software processing...but the iPhone always provides the more real to life picture... On the video side I will agree that the background blur looks good...but the colours are wayy better in the iPhone..

Hi Rahul, based on our tests, it didn't seem like it. It looked more like the highlights and whites were a lil higher, but the beautification was turned off the whole time.
Mi needs gyro camera holder. iPhone just got squashed ! You can go manual for much better pics on Mi. Price wise, it's a much more superior value than always expensive iPhone !
I think this is what happens when you see the 1080p videos on small screen--and iPhone usually does have better screen. You can see 4:42 and 4:50 Your shaky face on iPhone 11 pro max but you are saying 'I think the 11 pro max looks way way way way more superior'. When you stopped walking, it's okay--not so shaky. And when you use front camera, it's usually for the selfie camera that means use camera's aperture for slightly blurring out the background wasn't so bad idea. Sharpening everything--even background isn't always good thing.
