Very nice tutorial video. Best iphone 6 screen replacement video on youtube. It helped me. Before I put the replacement screen on, I thought that the replacement screen would be a big picture quality downgrade from the original "Retina" screen. I can't look at 2" spider crack in the corner anymore so I decided to replace my own screen. The replacement screen looks just as good as the original and it is very responsive as well. I can't tell the difference. After installing the replacement screen, I put on an Incipio Black DualPro case and a $4 tempered glass from ebay just to avoid any possible future scratches and cracks. The tempered glass looks awesome and is crystal clear.

I just replaced my screen and replaced my original home button with the one that came with it (It was a screen with the digitizer already installed). However the touch id doesn't work and when i go to settings it has erased my fingerprints that were previously recorded and gives an error when trying to turn on the fingerprint option for logging on. Do you know of a fix for this?
At 6.00, the flap (under the camera) is on top of the metal shield. Is that supposed to be the case? Just because it appears to be under the metal cover later in the video and when the phone is first opened up. Does/would this make any difference and if so, which way should it be?
I don't know if this is resolved cause your comment is from 7 months ago. But it doesn't really matter. It is better to have the lcd flap tucked under the shield but it won't effect anything.

Got 1 of the shortest screw from the connectors plates(5 screws) extra. Must've misplaced a screw. Phone works, so screw it. Thanks for video!

You cant fix it the button that originally comes with your phone is the only one that will ever work with the touch ID
