I have this phone absolutely nothing wrong and it performs way better than my Samsung A21 plus this is 5G and 128GB the phone was FREE $0 FREE FREE thanks one plus!
I walked out of T Mobile 2nd line Unlimited paid $33 + $22 mth. ph w/insur. Even having a Note20 Ultra as my main, the phone is not nearly as bad as this guy makes it. It's by no means a great phone, and some of what he says is accurate. But for what I am paying absolutely can't complain one bit! last one of this guy's videos I'll watch.
Please always keep it real with us. If something is shit, say that it's shit and if something is great, say it's great. I think authenticity is insanely important for any content creators so please don't ever compromise on that
Another subpar review on this Nord N10 5G. Why do you compare it to Oneplus premium models, or downgrade it for features that aren't present in $300 phones? Of course it doesn't have the features of the flagship devices. But what you get for US$299 doesn't have comparison. The Pixel 4a 5G has weak speakers and doesn't have expandable storage and cost $200 more! These are real life issues that I have with the Pixel 3a and won't upgrade to the 4a. Good processor, camera, headphone jack, battery, expandable storage are all the pluses for this $300 phone, despite its compromises.
I was about to leave a comment extremely similar to this until I read yours. To me it seems like these people have never had to use this price range of phone as a daily driver for anything other than a video so they can't see the amazing value.
I don't think Physical Fingerprint Sensors are unreliable (I see Them to be faster and more reliable than In-display ones). I don't think Alert Slider is Trademark OP feature. I was Apple's one. (I don't see much of a difference in having an Alert slider to using volume keys to trigger the same action)
Right now I'm trying to decide between 8t or Nord, but damn they are such big phones and I really want my headphonejack :( I swear I hate the phone changes that everyone is doing
I had none of those issues. I did return it bc the widevine certification. Netflix etc would play only at 480p. I actually regret returning. I might give it another shot
Got this phone the other day & I love it. I got the phone for like $70 and a $40 a month unlimited everything plan from T-Mobile. It's 5G, 128gb storage, 6gb of ram, and doesn't feel cheap to me at all. Cameras take great pics. I have nothing not to like with this phone.
I don't mind the LCD display, AMOLED suffers from burn in, and a lot of the mobile games I play have static UI elements, so I avoid AMOLED displays. And the slider is very much a Oneplus thing, but not as important to the OnePlus experience as OxygenOS and high refresh rates. One update is less than ideal, but not unexpected in the $300 range (Motorola does the same with the G series, and it wasn't until the last couple years Samsung has improved in their budget software support.) But shipping on Android 10? That's a kick in the balls. A new Oneplus product is something that should be current.
i got the phone for around 150 bucks in may 2021 and I'm pretty happy with it and havent had any major issues with it (They mustve got those patched up in the time it took for me to buy it) but i definitely wouldnt mind an upgrade in the future since the phone is pretty much EOL now.
Amoled hurts my eyes that’s why I switched too apple back in 2017 before that I had s4 s5 s6 and ended with s7 as long as you can still root like back in the day like the lg optimus and bump up clock speeds a little hopefully it will be ok I just got this for an extra phone for 150$
US Amazon price is $279. If you can order overseas Nord, cheapest I've seen is $500. Your review is flagship perspective looking down vs what options in this price range does this compete with. Just spend a little more ($1,000) and get Mi 11 Ultra. Right
@Fire Lord I have 28 smartphones currently representing eleven different manufacturers, six of them are "flagships". The OnePlus Nord N10 5G is used as my secondary phone daily with my unlisted SIM, while I change my daily driver regularly. Poco X3 NFC costs less, has higher refresh rate, better stereo speakers, longer battery life, better cameras, costs less, but doesn't offer 5G. LG Velvet 5G costs (currently) about the same, has better everything except battery life and weaker 5G antennas when traveling. I'm dumb, because when I spend my money, I compare to phones in the same price range before buying. And usually have something to say before commenting. Peace
Just brought this phone I love it for the price it's badass best phone I've had so far and I had lots of phones just switch from Samsung nice phone it shows good watch utube videos & movies in 14k & 20k
Main feature: lagging, lagging, lagging. Looks as if they made it lag in UI on purpose. No lags on 8T model. The screen ancient gorilla glass 3 is prone to scratches. Fingerprint sensor unusable - faster to enter pin. The upside is camera, which is really good.
Got 2 free the other day (Feb 7th, my bday) when switching to Metro. I have noticed the fingerprint sensor is a little hit or miss but nothing crazy. It also totally crashed once. It was weird, my screen went black with some small red and I think green text which included the word crash and it just reset itself. Other than that it's been a decent overall experience. My wife had an issue with sending text once. Hopefully won't be a recurring thing.
So....... We're just going to look over the fact that it beats out pretty much any phone in the same price range? Also complain about buttons wobbling but I don't have that issue.
Does anyone know if it has an outdoor display option for when you're out in the sun? Also how is th call quality, ive read some reviews about dropped calls?
This phone cost me $60 because I had an upgrade. The plastic cheap feel didn't matter after I put a super cute case on this thing. It has 5g, i can call my dad who lives across the world, i can play candy crush every now and then. I can check my horoscope on a daily lmao. the camera does the job when I'm just trying to take a simple selfie or whatever...For the average Joe this phone is great. Buy it if you just need a phone.
Mine has trouble staying connected to network. Have to perform restarts all thru the day just to re-establish network connection. Screen constantly freezes when scrolling through apps/webpages. TMobile let me exchange for another Nord N10 and replacement has same issues. Next phone will not be a One Plus.
I legit have this phone myself the only problem I have with it is that when I swipe the screen is very dry, unless it might be my fingers but tbh everything else is actually really good it's a good phone.
All of those downsides, and yet I still give more fucks about having a headphone jack and better battery life than I do about an OLED display and water resistance.

@@backasswards5250 yes the user experience on the oneplus is miles better! Fingerprint sensor on the back was the main selling point for me
I was considering this one instead of the Moto G50. Thank god i saw this review first. Even with the FHD panel i still prefer the Moto. At least i have android 11 no touch issues even better batery life.
This thing cost $250 now. Less than the Pixel 4a (which is discontinued now). Also I dont care about the updates. Android 5, Android 10, who really cares?? The phone works and the updates don't change anything about the physical phone itself. Unless Android 11 is glitched and then you can downgrade back to Android 10.
