Ludicrous speed setting 3d print of a tweeter/midrange frame on the A1

  • Well i am figuring out how long a simple frame takes. at this speed its around 25 minutes... thats doable !! of course it will have much more details holes or even threads in a final version. i am just wasting material and enjoying the speed so far :)
    i tried TPU and thats a nightmare :( PLA seems to print perfect !, ooh for those that have sticking problems on the Bambu PEI, dishsoap did not do shit for me neither did alcohol. but wasbenzine (naptha) worked like a charm

    Yeah, TPU is tricky. It absorbs moisture so it needs some drying before printing. Also you need some really slow speeds (although the generic TPU preset is a bit conservative). I also recommend playing around with retraction and enabling "avoid crossing walls" to avoid travel moves that could cause visible stringing.

      good one yeah i noticed bubles and also popping of the filament. besides that it likes to ooze out of the nozzle :( making a mess

    Why no PLA?

      i do use PLA since it works so far. TPU sucks dick. and i did not try anything other so far :)
