    What is better the Dyad pro combo or the flexi pro (leave the combo extra features aside)

      Honesty that is a tough call. I like the larger water tanks and detergent injection on the Dyad Pro. I like the simplicity of the single roller on the Flexi Pro. Both are good products.

    I can't seem to find the info anywhere! How much solution into the 650 ml tank?
    The manual doesn't specify

    how do you think about flexi pro vs dreame h12 / h13 pro? thank you

      @jamie.andrews  Месяц назад +1

      I like some things better on the Roborock like app connectivity and water control. With that said the water tanks on the H12 are bigger and easier to deal with. Have you seen my review of the H12? It would be best to look at that and compare the pros and cons of both and select the one that suits your needs.

    Do you see a use case for these if you already own a robotic vacuum?

    • @jamie.andrews
      @jamie.andrews  2 месяца назад +2

      Absolutely unless you don't have many hard floor surfaces. It cleans places a robot can't and has a better deep scrubbing ability. Plus it removes dirty water from the floor instead of just pushing it around. I use one of these often in the kitchen and bathrooms.

      @jamie.andrews Sounds good, maybe I'll add one of these to my wish list. Love the channel and content, btw. I just purchased a Sunseeker Orion X7 after your robot mower videos piqued my interest. It's been really good. That may be a good one to do a video on in the future.

      It honestly feels like a good product but I don't think we are there yet, the maintenance is a big hassle and it won't do magic or clean better than standard mops (unless you don't use a bucket of water for whatever reason).
      On top of that, you most likely will hesitate to use it on big messes because why would you risk causing permanent damage or smell on an expensive device.
      Pretty good for anybody that struggles to carry a bucket of water around but that's about it imo.
      Robot vacs do well and save time you'd spend vacuuming, in contrast, these fancy mops will force you to clean them after each pass or it's gonna stink.
      It's like kitchen robots, they free you from having to pay attention to the food and do the steering but have fun cleaning them afterwarda

      @@evac311 How do you like the Sunseeker so far? Thanks!

      @jamie.andrews I like it more as time goes on. I think it competes well with the Luba 2. It's extremely capable on slopes and rough terrain. The hardware seems pretty robust and the obstacle avoidance logic works very well. It does seem to improve as it learns the yard, getting more efficient and closer to obstacles. The "back end" of the firmware is pretty solid, but the ux is poorly translated which can make things harder to understand. The app is missing some functionality and features when it comes to scheduling and path planning, and while it makes beautiful stripes it proceeds to muck them up by making a b- line right through them to return to the charging station. They've done 2 or 3 updates already in the 2 weeks I've owned it, so hopefully they will continue to improve the app.

      @jamie.andrews  2 месяца назад +5

      Have not tested it yet. Heck I got this one like 3 months ago! These wet dry mop videos usually don't do well on my channel so I don't do many of them.

    The problemof my old ryaad was the maintenance, if i didnt clean after each use, it was smelling very bad.. and finally make it unusuable.... How is it now?

    • @jamie.andrews
      @jamie.andrews  2 месяца назад +1

      If you are referring to cleaning the dirty water tank they all need to be cleaned after each cleaning or they will smell. If you are referring to the roller brush system this one is easier to clean and access and can go longer when needing to clean the mop head. The Dyad series is a bit of a chore to clean. This is why I prefer 1 brush roller.
