Thanks for your videos, I’ve just started wvw, after many years pve, it’s like starting new again. So much to learn again. although a single roamer (me) getting jumped by a zerg is discouraging, I shall continue.
Having spent a day both with and against Maguuma recently, then I would still claim that Maguumas camping of SM is still to the more casual side of WvW. :D
I would like to add to one part... Yes, sometimes WvW can get toxic, just like every other part of Gw2. Although there are many kind communities in WvW who will guide you to bigger and better things :P
Exactly! That is also why I put so much focus on not being afraid to join the community and asking questions. New players are sometimes afraid of being ridiculed, but in most cases that I have seen, then people want to help you. Community in WvW is super important which is why it had to get such a huge space on this list of things.
Last thing, if you're scared to ask in Team chat or are getting no response you could also try on gw2 mists for links to discords and teamspeak servers. gw2mists.com/worlds/eu gw2mists.com/worlds/na
Hi. Thank you for the videos. I am trying to get into WvW for when I want to eventually craft legendaries, and the Tomes of Knowledge could be useful as well. My question is: Do you think it is okay to play only roaming and not zerging? I really dislike playing games with unstable frame rate, and just that is a given in zerg scenarions.
a friendly reminder that API verification is a tad bit rare, especially if you're running with a tag. It's good to know how to generate an API key since you can use it in several websites and such BUT do not let it be a big barrier of entry: go, have fun, enter a discord server and trust your commander. It's the definitive gw2 experience imo
And for those new players who see the above comment, then just use Marauder gear if full berzerker is a bit too squishy to start out with. It's better you stay alive than die in the first push :D

Discord helps a lot when it comes to moving the team around.
Your content is lit! Keen to watch this channel blow up as we move into EOD you deserve it.
it's always nice to watch your twitch streams, getting advice from a pro is the best :D

Too be fair pvp is far far worse in terms of toxicity
