Wow after watching your video, I know I do not like Sigma males. So selfish. So they can stay away from me. No excuses necassary. They just straight up ignore people. Well guess what. We care less about Sigmas than they care about us. Sounds like they're only interested in being around ppl willing to be victimized by an asshat. They don't think they are victimizing ppl but that is because they make their own rules. I suggest the rest of the pack leave 'em alone. I am a sigma female. And have a kid with a sigma male. My son is 20 and we don't talk to his dad. He is selfish and destructive to other people

It's not just a feeling. The dopamine levels in the brain decrease. If you're in a situation where you CANNOT be alone for any length of time, that's what causes the tiredness that can't be fixed just by sleep. Been there. They won't return to normal until you've had enough alone time.

Thanks for sharing. I had a very similar reaction. I was terrified that I was some variant of a psychopath for a long time because I couldn’t find an explanation for my abnormal behavior. I was certain that I possessed empathy so that gave me hop. However this didn’t explained my detached avoidance of anyone who wasn’t worth my time to the extreme that I only ever communicated with competent teachers and a handful of students who I saw as better than me. Also emotional separation from my decision making which has caused me to almost always make correct decisions but results in tension in relationships and with most woman. I’m very glad to find that I’m not alone. I hope I can find you guys some day.

Few words of advice: Don't be a door mat. Enforce boundaries. Don't fear rejection for it. Don't be accomodating to the point of disrespecting yourself. Invest in others to the same level they invest in you. Test people by interrupting them with your problems. Don't be a "nice guy." Be a calibrated guy. Dominate the space you're in by influencing other men to follow you and using your masculine frame to exert power over the emotional state of women.

The issue is, most jobs require us to interact with other people. Even if you don’t interact FTF, like with telephone work ie a dispatcher for London Ambulance, you’re still required to cultivate a smiley can I help you attitude to ppl on the phone. However as stated - 99% of jobs require interaction with other fake toxic shallow ppl.
London Private Hire driver me, work 30 hours a week.
Constantly getting ppl in my car for say 20 minutes a time, required to put on a lovely to see you face.
I compare it to acting - whilst I’m at work - I adopt my Mr Smiley Face 🙂 character. And I’m well renumerated for it.
      30hrs a week is tolerable.
Remainder of my time - divorce myself from others.
Happy with Scooby as per the IG photo.

Yes I dont think school class got back exit, when the exit is typically in the front side to the right, so they dont back exit, when Sigma males can also tell teacher I need to go to the toilet. Its that Sigma males like to sit in back of the class with nobody behind them, when it gives them sence of chill feeling where they can observe everything and in the long booring lection just chill, when in the front of class its harder to chill in your chair, when your two meters of teacher and everybody else see your chilling from behind, but if your in back of the class. Nobody see’s your chilling. Sigma males like to have 10 meter distance to the teacher, so its not so close to observ them always, when they want teacher to observe thoese booring high diploma girls who sit in the front of the class. When school starts Sigma males like to sit in back of the class, so they can observ all their new classmates to observ which boys they want to have friends to sit with the Sigma male in the back of the class and which girls the Sigma male likes with her beuty and having nice personality, than annoying one with constantly talking non stop.

Always sitting in the back of the room is something I do as a defensive tactic at all times. Learned in CCW classes a long time ago. Always sit so you can see whats happening. Never sit with your back to the door or the room. Always alert. Always able to see whats going on. So many people sitting in the front never see the entire situation and they never even know it.

@@OliHandy2008 I think this is one word that was not well thought out for its modern-day bastardization. Just to help you and your grommet friends along here is an explanation. "The Greek letter sigma was derived from the Phoenician letter šīn, meaning tooth. The small letter sigma (σ) is used to represent standard deviation in math and statistics. It is also used to show syllable in linguistic, a shielding constant in chemistry and sum of divisors in math. In comparison the 'Alpha' male that modern-day ringlets appeal to is Alpha. Here is an example "Alpha refers to a dominant person or their behavior, especially with respect to socially aggressive, hyper-masculine men. Some dudebros see alpha as a compliment and aspiration, and yet a 'Sigma' male is seen as nothing more than a tooth. You sure don't need to put the bowl down?

I never understood why I felt satisfied being by myself. Not desperately seeking after things most men were. I take pride and find pleasure in doing the opposite of what people do because nobody is doing it! I never knew anything about these personality types. Even with me being very consistent, I've always been someone who people seem to never be able to figure out. I'm different from most people, they just can't figure me. And here I'm classic text book sigma. That makes me smile

Yep, I'm definitely a sigma and I didn't know such a think existed, but it makes sense now. Now I wonder if two sigma males get along better or do they clash? I think they wouldn't clash as my uncle is definitely a sigma and we get along great, but is that because he's my uncle or because we are both sigmas?

Sigma males... A lot of people think they are. Maybe, maybe not, but one thing I do know is this is a very wise type of human being. They are 'masters' of their craft, but do it without flashiness 📸. Of course 2 sigma males will get along. It would be like meeting a distant brother or long lost friend. However, being one, I notice we will always value solitude over any other person. I don't invest in friendships. Rather, investing into people's hearts, minds, and beings. These are very rare, passively dominant human beings apparently. Most their lives will be spent down a long lonely road, yet from within they will master it as well. 💯🌥️🔥

I never fit in a box and even here - most of these things in the video describe me perfectly, but one thing is different: In the fields where I have my biggest potential, I just love being in the spotlight and entertain an audience with a lot of energy! These are rare moments but they are my highlights. Anyone else? Just curious as this point was not really discussed here, just mentioned in the part of sitting in the background UNLESS they have something important to say... As I see it: Introverts are just people who consumed by their inner world rather than the outer world they live in which they develop some kind of "autopilot" for. That's OK as long as they are not doing it out of fear or shame. On the other hand, sigma males are self-sufficient observers who have amassed so much inner wealth that they can always go their own way without losing anything.

Some corrections: Sigma males can be extroverts when they want to be. They are ambi-verts. They lead and recharge in crowds and they can recharge alone with a book. The "lone" is the introvert. The "wolf" is the extrovert.
The whole "does not answer the door" thing is weird. So we're all sigma males? Come on.

I don't like when people are flattering towards me and the reason might be that when I complement someone I try to make it stand out from every other complement they ever received and it tends to be something miniscule just to show that I'm paying attention to small details. I do it to make people feel good and this is usually a technique I use to start a conversation with a girl. Girl fall for it and they are all smile. However at the end of the day I didn't give a damn about what I was complementing. I just played with their mind to boost them. So when I get complicated it doesn't have any value to me.

It’s clear that this video resonates with a lot of men. So many videos assume that all men want to act like alphas (and I do mean “act”), but that simply isn’t the case. Many men are perfectly comfortable in their skins and don’t need to let everyone know that they are supposedly the dominant male.
One aspect of sigmas that this video doesn’t cover is that sigmas do indeed like to have fun. The traits listed in this video may make it seem like sigmas are overly serious. Many are serious, but some are goofy and funny as hell. And, most also have the ability to relax and have a great time.
That may entail getting together with a friend or friends. It may be, yes, having a small talk, light, fun conversation with someone. Or it may simply be doing something they enjoy - exercising, watching an educational video, reading, listening to music, etc.
Thanks for making this video. Great validation for all the sigmas out there.

Based from these values, now I know I'm a Sigma male, I choose real people to interact with but not too close, I try to manage to create space because I usually get toxicated when always around with people and get cluttered mind. so I choose to go alone outside, I don't want to compromise my choice of food for being with other people. I want to have fun alone with my own terms biking or walking no pressure of the group. I seldom. post on social media most of these are about nature and not me, haha, I am not interested being the social butterfly being the center or attention, so yeah this video speaks about me. 😅
