I've always felt so alienated from my peers, yet I've always been rewarded for being myself. I didn't know why for a long time, until I was 24 and a woman I was knocking boots with explained it to me. Now in my 30s, looking back. So much makes sense. Isn't gonna change my future though, but it's nice to know what cool cover is on my story.
It's good to know I'm not alone with this, sometimes it is lonely but I carry myself through everything. I'd rather be alone than accept fake or fit in where I belong.
Learning that we make up about 0.02% of the population, it now makes sense why i think and move differently than the majority of the people I encounter. Some even think I'm crazy or even depressed, but they have no idea how in-tune and calculated my approach to life is. It's good to see there are others out there like me.

It is about being comfortably in control of your own mind. An alpha want's to dominate others, a Beta want's to serve others. A sigma is so because of their relationship with themselves rather than needing an external locus.

1:53 nailed it. There's not one person that I've worked with in my life that can say i gossip about others to them. It is of no interest to me. It serves no good purpose in my life. I do not laugh at anyone and no one exists to be my entertainment. Even further than that, i cannot be bothered to try and manipulate others or invest my life energy into being against them. I only live once, why would i spend any of that time hating on someone else? It's illogical and a waste of the only time that i live. I'm too focused on my own ambition and objectives to be bothered by someone else's life.

Always going my own ways. I don't like following the masses, because of constant need to find and experiment alternative ways just to be me. Being chained to something is suffocating. Example planning vacations a head takes out the surprise and feels "now I have to", so I don't do it. I like to keep my options open as long I can and if possible😂

This whole series speaks to my soul... of course im gonna have to send this to the very few friends i have (who are not like me) to see if this is so general that they feel it speaks to them. Only thing that dont fit with me is that i have no goal or drive, i go with the flow, dont "need" to eat at a specific place so i go where others like to go, and i never put my needs above others... to a point i dont stay broke because i give up all my money, i keep my money. Because i have no drive i help others with theirs and i hardly ever complete a goal because i get bored with it before im done and move to something else.
Some of these I have spot on, others not as much. But again now that certain circumstances are over, I can see where some of my issues and shortcomings stemmed from. It's just now the matter of fixing and reclaiming my life.

Set boundaries, figure out what you will and won't tolerate and train yourself to respond to whatever you view as disrespect in a way that you feel comfortable with. Whatever makes you feel weak, if it's laughing at a joke you really didn't want to or agreeing to something you didn't want to, whatever makes you feel weak, don't do it. As long as you're not lonely, then don't worry about hanging with anyone. But if you are lonely then you can learn to trust other people by what you said, "...humans are different even their way of thinking is different." When you find people acting the same way the others did, then don't get too close. Don't pick friends from the same area. Instead of the bar, maybe try the library. Or instead of the library, maybe try the bar. Wherever you got those first friends from, find some place new. Find a passion of yours and look for people and places that share the same interests, not people who seem the coolest. This planet is full of idiots, most of the time whatever they think is cool really isn't cool anyway.

I would say, if someone is introducing themselves as a sigma, they want to be noticed as such, maybe even make conscious efforts or decisions, to make themselves appear more sigma than they actually are. If someone has to remind everyone, of what they are, are they really what they claim, or just a title?

These characteristics sound more like that of a real Man, not a sigma (or not only a sigma) Accountability, integrity, trust, loyalty, stoicism and reflection; these things are not inherently male, it must be taught, developed and eventually mastered, inorder to become a man or a woman; these things are sign of maturity and wisdom and are necessary.
Ironic thing is, everyone will be a hypocrite at some point in life about something. No matter how hard one tires.

I would say, if someone is introducing themselves as a sigma, they want to be noticed as such, maybe even make conscious efforts or decisions, to make themselves appear more sigma than they actually are. If someone has to remind everyone, of what they are, are they really what they claim, or just a title?

🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 Too much of a one size fits all question, there is no direct formula for sigmas, a sig may introduce themselves as that for a number of reasons, perhaps they feel they may be in the presence of another sig, but generally speaking I’d say they’d keep it to themselves. No one size fits all answer to your Q though 🫡🫡🚨

Just realized im a sigma male. Most everything i do and say is very calculated. I read people instantly. I also absorb peoples energy. Im a veteran, a teacher, a sketch artist.no kids and i very much do my own thing.

I like being a sigma male. I've never followed the crowd and have no issue being seen as a "lonewolf".

I liked the video, but there are things that are unrealistic, like "They never lie to heir partners", "They don't manipulate". Really? Are we talking about adults or we're teaching children how to behave?
People do lie and manipulate at different levels, in some cases it is only for survival purposes, in other cases it's due to a twisted personality, there's no one that doesn't lie or manipulate. A few things in this video sounds like a father teaching a 12 years old how to behave.
