In a nutshell when an Alpha Male is in the same environment, conditions, social or work setting with a Sigma. It slowly unpacks, unravels, exposes and destroys the Alpha. The Alpha needs the external environment to work in their favour and that’s how they operate. When the Sigma shows up the Alpha is now getting exposed, his narrative becomes apparent, how because the Sigma makes it apparent there is a contrast. That contrast, similarities, differences and the fact that they have the ability to illustrate how it can be done differently. The Alpha eventually looses control, power and the ability to manipulate. He then needs to remove, takeaway and destroy the Sigma. But in doing so he ends up destroying himself. Because the Sigma doesn’t feed into that power dynamic. The Alpha then looses his edge and eventually makes his own choices to leave. The Alpha never forgets the Sigma.
Sigma males I believe they do show their power in their indifference to the power structure... Their ability not to be controlled but always needed indefinitely but being humble in that need
The best team is a self-confident outgoing leader, supported by a self-confident introverted second-in-charge. They value each other's atrengtha without feeling threatened by them.
And there it is One individual has to let everyone else know how accomplished that they are... I quite like working with certain alpha males and I hate to say it but the dumber the alpha male is the better they are to work with. They are the most authentic and readable alpha males and the reason they usually take charge is bacause they are very good at their job and they seem to instinctively but unconsciously know when they are working with a sigma and they will back off and let the sigma take charge if it's needed they also realise that the more the sigma let's them lead the more the sigma respects their abilities and they understand the importance of this. The smarter ones have lost that instinctz I'm not saying that they wouldn't do a good job, many do but they WILL clash with sigmas, mostly through frustration. I have been in both these situations on many occasions.

The distinction between Alpha and Sigma personalities is often oversimplified, and in reality, there's quite a bit of overlap. The portrayal of Alphas here leans too heavily on clichés, which might not fully capture the nuances of their traits. In my experience, these personalities (and others) can coexist harmoniously, recognizing and appreciating each other's qualities and strengths while respecting differences and even weaknesses.
