1. Survival - Palworld is a survival game where you must keep yourself and your Pals alive! You can burn your house down just like in Minecraft!
2. Crafting - Get ready to punch some trees! Crafting and resource gathering will play a huge role in the gameplay of Palworld!
3. Shiny Hunting or Lucky Pals - Lucky Pals are in Palworld! They have a sparkling animation and appear larger on the overworld map so they will be easy to find. They also get great bonuses!
4. Boss Lairs or Dungeon Crawling - Palworld has extremely strong Pals that can be found in Lairs for a unique dungeon-crawling mechanism. Bosses can also be found in the overworld!
5. Incredible Mounts - Palworld has some extremely unique Mount Pals that you can ride to travel around in the open world!
6. Base Building - This feels a lot like Grounded or Minecraft with the base building options. I'm hoping for much more base building options in the future!
7. Pal Jobs & Abilities - In Palworld your Pals actually get incredible abilities that help them do jobs for you! This is something we only see described in Pokemon, but in Palworld your Pals can actually do things!
8. Real Overworld Gameplay - The Palworld experience takes place completely in the overworld!
9. Characters & Customization - Palworld gives you an incredible amount of character base types and customization options so you can create a unique avatar!
10. GRAPHICS!! The graphics in this game are so good because it's built on the Unreal Engine 5 gaming engine! This allows for a huge range of development opportunities that result in high level gameplay right in the overworld. It's really beautiful compared to the older animation style they used when Palworld first launched!

I've always hoped that a game like pokemon that wasn't pokemon would come out cause I was never able to get into pokemon like that
I'm pretty into Pokemon, but even I have wanted something like this to come out. Pokemon games feel like they are still developed for the 3DS they don't even take advantage of what Switch has to offer and the game still lags and stutters all over the place. It's really pathetic when you think about it, so I'm glad someone is coming to market to give them a run for their money.
the one exception to that is Let's Go which is a masterpiece and work of perfection imo
