Been doing your 20 minute full body dumbbell workouts this week and the week before last as my gentle introduction to regular home workouts. I haven't had a regular workout routine in many years and never had one that I did at home so y'all have singlehandedly gotten me into this and the effects on my energy level have been immediate. Was just trying this one out for the first time (it's nice to keep changing it up, these definitely work some muscles i dont think I'd been working out with the dumbbells haha I'm shaking) and you had a good suggestion to send a tip... just my first small token of thanks for putting these out for free for anyone that even wants to take that first step. You are the best!!

I consider myself intermittent but sometimes I need a bit of time to set up the moves. Perfect workout for anyone - moves are simple but effective.
Honestly it's awesome you're also setting a great example for your kids! I remember doing short little dumbbell exercises out of a magazine with my mom and sister, i didnt have to do it but it was fun to join them and we'd laugh as we went. I think thats the reason I'm here now, its possible for exercise to be fun and not just like a terrible struggle.

I just wanted to say THANK YOU for this workout. I am recovering from lower back surgery and most of these movements are perfectly aligned with my approved PT and my now lesser flexibility capabilities! The ab movements were kinda fun and I could keep up with that so, I am excited!!! Thank you so much!
Great workout! I don't have the loops, so I had to keep switching my handles for different resistance. I think next time, I'll use the booty band for the bridges & my flat bands for the push-ups. Thanks for the inspiration!
Just purchased my first resistance band a couple of days ago and was a bit at loss, the exercises i found seemed either weird or impossible. This is the first video that shows so many different ways of implementing resistance band with clear instructions, thanks a lot!

great workout. The only struggle I had with the resistance bands was the hip thrust. I feel like I felt it more in my arms trying to hold it down versus feeling it in my bottom. Everything else was on fire for me

You can put your feet through the loops on each end so your arms won’t need to hold it down.
