Hey Kevin thanks for watching. Here's a couple of links. From Pattaya to the hotel you can jump in one of the baht buses at the bus station. They go from hotel to hotel. Or grab a Bolt car. ruclips.net/video/BVbZ6nCg-s8/видео.html ruclips.net/video/QxjQFB1SCqE/видео.html

Im not sure. The little baht bus to say Kamala? If I remember it's more than a flat fee. But, I haven't been there since 2016

Last year I was in Pattaya short holiday. One day I decided to plan to walk to the Santuary of Truth but after walking from the hotel I had stay located at Pattaya 3rd Road, for a short distance about 2 miles along Pattaya 3rd Road from the hotel on my way a Baht bus stop beside me and the driver asked me where I was going and I told him I was going to the Santuary of truth and he told me it would be THB$250.00 one way. Since it was a sunny day morning and did not want to return in the afternoon time very late I decided to accept it and took this Baht bus up there. Was I been scammed for this amount pay for THB$250 to took this Bahi bus there? Could it be cost lesser amount? Since I had spend so much for that fare and had not enough money to take another one back I decided to quickly slowly walk back to the hotel before sunset.

Thanks for watching. Ya, you hired a cab, not a baht bus. The good news is you got taken for a whole 8 bucks US. I'm not sure I would call that a scam. If so, you got off easy. It's all good.

Baht buses are much like jeepneys in the Philippines.
