Hello David, I'm looking at homes in Fallbrook and noticing that many purchased in 2019-2020 are for sale all with price drops. I think they are the PANDEMIC families that exited the congested cities and now want back to that lifestyle. I think these homes are going to pre pandemic valuations. With the Market crashing and now officially in BEAR Territory, Inflation unstoppable, 2 more fed increases this year alone. And we are officially in RESSESION. Not to mention what other factors are developing around the world. What is your opinion ? I'm waiting.
The recent interest rate changes have definitely impacted home sales and activity. Once rates come back down my guess is that prices will continue to go up. Many buyers are on the sidelines waiting for a rates to come down....once they do demand will surge. I would be doing an ARM right now or a 2/1buy down while there aren't many buyers in the market.

@@lifeinsandiego233 On Friday, October 07, 2022, the national average 5/1 ARM APR is 6.87%. The average 10/1 ARM APR is 6.45% How's that going to help ??? Homes are WAY OVERPRICED , When they come down the average MORTAL will be able to afford one. 🍷

What is likely to happen once inflation numbers starting reporting low and interest rates drop? All the buyers on the sidelines will flood the market and the market will begin appreciating very quickly. Just my opinion! At the end of the day you have to do what’s right for you!
@@lifeinsandiego233 why would you get an adjustable rate when you know the fed is going to do 2 more rate hikes this year alone ?? Next year they will go up again. If inflation is not controlled we are going into a DEPRESSION.. You're too young to have any idea. When you only see things going up you are blinded from reality. Rates were in the 18% in the 80's. How about the fact that people are just priced out of the market.. Just because there is no inventory, if it's over priced , the PANDEMIC MOFO is over . 72,000 is tha average income in SAN DIEGO. You can't get blood from a stone. Just my humble opinion, been through this several times. It's going to be different this time, thats for shure 🍷
