I am not into crypto. I'm more of a mutual fund/real estate investment kind of guy!

I've been to Ramona, and I would not consider it a rural community. It's suburban at most. I live in Montana where true rural living is at! Ramona is pretty cool though!

If you have to commute, then fly an airplane. Much faster than taking the clogway.

I live here. There is nothing for kids to do here. They can't wait to leave the area. This is great for retirees who love the rural feeling...but it's growing too fast. Traffic on hwy 67 is stop and go during rush hour. Back in the 80's, Ramona was "meth" capital of S. Calif. I personally love it here, as I am retired and love hiking and open spaces. I don't like the "San Vincete Estates', as they are mostly track homes and most of the home population lives there. IF I had children, I would not bring them up in Ramona. Poor school systems and too many drugs about.

You are absolutely full of bullshit. Other than the traffic on the 67 which is highly subjective and nothing like L.A., nothing else you said was true. There is a lot for kids to do so long as what you like to do involves the outdoors. Mountain biking, BMX, horseback riding, hiking, golfing, football, soccer, baseball, softball, swimming to name a few.
At no point was it ever considered the meth capital of Southern California. Ramona was so rural, drugs weren't even an issue in the 1980s. Desert Hot Springs and it surrounding areas were much more of a meth hot spot during the 80s and 90s.
There is no such thing as the "San Vicente Estates". The San Diego County Estates, which uses San Vicente Road as a primary ingress/egress road, is completely the opposite of a typical track home community. In fact, part of the fact that there was no single developer and the fact that homes have continuously been built since the 1970s is why no two homes are alike and why so many homes were built under different coding regulations.
Everyone is free to have an opinion but it should be based on the totality of the facts and not emotionally charged subjective hearsay.

I see that you are posting these negative messages on many Ramona videos. If it sucks so bad, maybe you should move. Also there's only one small section of track homes in the estates area called Ryland. The majority are custom built homes. Here's another one of your rants ruclips.net/video/rHu74lIAH-I/видео.html
