    Can we drink water in night? Or should drink after 2pm to 8pm beetwen?

      Yes you can. Avoid just before bed because it can disturb sleep

    Mam mai night me study karti hu aur din me exercise karne ke baad sleep lene ke baad bhi tired feel hota hai to kya kare 😢
