I own a 2024 Z06 and recently crossed 500 miles and punched it and was extremely impressed felt insane it’s nice to know other s who have driven other exotics get the same feeling. Like the sound of Z06 but 2006 GT was nice as well.

Looks like you’re driving the Texas Twisted Sisters. Awesome driving roads aside from the road noise. Went to drive them for a weekend last year. Great time! As you stated in your vid, all 3 cars offer a unique driving experience. A race inspired turbo 6, a high revving flat plane crank V8, and a raw performance supercharged V8. The newer Ford GT is my personal preference but you can’t really lose whichever one you choose.
Not the twisted sisters, but kinda in the same area of the world. This is a much more private route that I know with little to no traffic

@@SupercarRanch Yeah, your video on the ZR1 speculation was amazing and made me a subscriber. I don’t have the quality of your fleet but do have the C8 Z06, C6 Z06, and C7 ZR1. I hope you are right about the C8 ZR1. I am #2 on a MSRP list and would love to see your theory come to fruition. 🫵🤞

The 06 is the sickest car hands down against basically anything for looks, sound, badassness. The ZO6 is an American Ferrari . On my list of must have.

they are ford gts not gt 40. the 60s ford gt40 was called that because it was 40inches tall which the 05-06 is 43 I inches tall so they just left the number out of the 2 gens here
That door ajar signal may be from in complete closure and locking of the clamp shell. Happened to me a couple times.

I have to say I love the way the 2016 Ford GT looks it looks like a knife waiting to cut through the wind do I feel Ford made a mistake put the EcoBoost well at first I did but I kind of understood why they went that route you can't argue with results when this car was introduced to the endurance race it had to undergo more scrutiny then the other cars first first the weighted it down but it only made the car faster then they took a turbo from it (and as we all know competition cars are a lot slower then the road cars are) while the other cars received bigger air intakes and bigger fuel tanks so if you look at it the Ford GT forced the other car manufacturers to go back to the drawing board just like the GT40 forced Ferrari to do just being honest I prefer the shape of the Ford GT over the z06 but love the sound of the z06

well again, you dont have the z07 package which is huge. Personally they brought up the famous name of Ford Gt , they did build amazing car, selective who they sold it to , which is going to blow up the price. i cant name a car where they it was limited production, hyped up, auction houses working to build it up , that didnt sell for hundreds of thousands more. I think ford gt is cool. Looks are slick , many like it some dont. Do i think personally the price being hundreds of thousands of dollars pushing a million, is it worth it. NO. Not even close. Ive driven the ford gt and my buddies c8 z06 z07. You're right there is a difference but prefer the z06. I wasnt going to grab a z06 until the ridiculous pricing came down but opt to wait for the zr1.
That’s a very fair opinion. I agree it’s tough to justify the price, but you really have to look at it where it’s not a Ford, it’s a can made by Multimatic. And if it just had their logo on it, people wouldn’t argue the price.
But the Z06 is simply amazing for its price. Nothing else comes close

You need to be careful with any car during its break in period, yes. And yeah msrp for the heritage edition started at $163. I was off on that one.
After comparing al three cars, I guess the biggest question is...............when are the Ford GT's getting new registrations? 🤣Great video bro!

The 06 GT is awesome! The 19 should have had a twin turbo 5.2l Voodoo with 800-1000hp. I cannot stand the way the Z06 sounds. The best sounding flat plane is the GT350. Great video!

I also wish it had a v8, but if it did, it likely wouldn’t be any faster. The built the car around the size of the engine compartment. So if they but a v8 in there, the aerodynamics of the car may be comprised and it would be heavier. I was told “it wouldn’t make it any faster”
