As a Kings fan, I watch every Kings game. And trust me, Harrison Barnes is not a better defender than DeMar lol. Love your guys's analysis and you guys do a great job. But dude on the top left saying Barnes being a better defender than DeRozan is just false. Not saying DeRozan is a great defender, but Barnes isn't better than him on that end. HB has been getting blown by too easy the past 3 seasons and he's supposed to be younger than DeMar.

Adding Kuz/Laurie/ BI would make them contenders. Possible? Kuz is wthout giving up much. Lauri? Huerter marches his salary so who knows, give them Carter Hueeter 3 unprotected and a swap. Maybe? Since Laurie made it clear he will test FA aleady and Ainge isnt trying to lose assets when he can.
BI is the toughest one to get since his salary is 30+ million year. It can work for the kings but it would clear both at least Huerter ans Lyles plus more salary. Then picks but he is the more secure contract but plenty of Injuries
Kings can make a league changing move at the deadline and they have enough to make it happen.

Yo Sabonis has anther option he could average a triple double. Last year Sabonis had 19 pts 13 Rebs 8 assists. That opens up a lot for Sacramento with DeRozan a 20plus score. Good get

Fox had a year he built his upper body so massively, it helped him get stronger at the rim, but it messed with his shot. The next season he slimmed down but was still way stronger, his shot recovered and has since improved, and he still goes strong to the rim without having to compromise his game. The top left guy has obviously barely watched any Kings games at all.
@@OnlyIMayUseThePowerFox lead on steals for a reason. He did it quietly HIS 2 STEALS PER GAME WAS A STEAL ON BETS. Fox is quietly checking off stats. Clutch in 23/ Steals in 24. What's crazy? Is fox did it on a back court heavy West. That means a lot of those steals came from elite back courts.

Here is the thing I remember demar on the raptors his playoff production drops , similar to what we see with harden . We haven’t seen demar in the playoffs since like 2018 when he was on the raptors lool . But I had kings going far last year , I hope I’m right this year.

DeMar DeRozan is 34-going-on-35 Years of Age. He is not the same as he was 2 to 3 years ago. Although SAC-TOWN will definitely be better with him, they are not Title Contenders just yet.

Yes if you add the on ball defensw. Like Payton, MJ, and Stockton. When curry lead in steals it was a lot of gambling. A lot of Fox steals came from on ball defense.

The Kings are a small team that's just true. However, they dominated the playoff teams in the west last year. Look at their record v west playoff teams and realize they lost to NO 6 times. A horrible matchup for them. Everyone else they played even or had the better of those opponents. OKC, Minnesota, Denver got that work last year.

I’M A KINGS FAN and this nigga trippin 😂😂😂. Now if we go get Markennen, now that’s DIFFERENT. I’d easily pick Sac to come out the west with a Fox-Demar-Keegan-Lauri-Sabonis lineup and Malik as a 6th man. Man oh man. But as of now, we’ll most likely finish 4th-6th seed.
Looking at it, i think its possible to get Laurie due to his salary and his adamant of testing FA. Although Kings will lose 3 picks in 6 years and a swap AT LEAST. With possibly Laurie walking in th off season. Is it worth it? I dunno.
@@blowc1612 100% he’s worth it. A guy averaging 24&9 on 50/40/90 shooting splits! He’d go from a 1st option to a 3rd option in Sac so he would get wayyy more open looks. Him and Keegan would absolutely feast on open 3s and would both terrorize the league from Fox & Demar attacking. Then u have Sabonis who’s the best screener in the NBA and 2nd best passing big.
All of these combinations would make them a more dangerous version of the Celtics offensively. They wouldn’t be as good as them defensively but they’d make up for it with their elite shooting+rebounding+size+HIGH IQ. Kings should absolutely go ALL IN on Lauri. Even if it includes mortgaging your future for the next 7 years. The potential is too high. You’d be a top 6 lock every single season even if 1 of Demar-Sabonis-Keegan-Lauri are injured.

He will be on a contending team. He’d be a fan favorite. Kings fans will embrace him like something he will never see in Utah. We will pay him whatever he’s worth. It’s really hard to leave a good situation especially when u have a ton of teammates who are going to beg u to stay. Even guys like Paul George who are not the most loyal guys. He even wanted to stay in La even after dealing with Kawhi being injured every single year and back to back 1st round exits. Guys typically don’t wanna move once they’re established. Everyone said spida would never resign and he stayed in Cleveland for gods sake. He’s another one who wanted to stay in Utah even after they traded Gobert. We have to take the gamble. We might not ever have an opportunity like this to strike. This is a top 30 player at worst but he’s extremely underrated playing for the smallest city in the NBA. Also gotta take advantage of Keegan being on his rookie deal.
