Guys.im all for reconciliation and the rainbow nation.but it rattles my cage that some whites dont want us,the dont care about reconciling. We ,the oppressed are the ones pushing forreconciliation.
The only thing is to call death penalty well without that. Not much you can do. This is not about race this is about a gruesome act on a person. Black or white. Gruesome is understatement. So people have no words.
I'm also irritated with the white genocide narritive, because all farmers have a fear of being attacked on their farms, black and colouered farmers also don't sleep peacefully at night. I'm not saying farm attacks on white farmers don't happen and that it's not gruesome, it is, it's horrible, but there are horrible things happening to all our fellow South Africans on the daily. I am outraged by this pig farmer story as well, not necessarily because of the race thing, but because it's just pure evil. Evil criminals from any race, that's the problem. Most South Africans of all races sincerely want peace and unity. I can not for the life of me just hate someone, because their skin is a different colour, someones mind and heart is what matters to me and I love interacting with all my fellow South Africans, it gives my live meaning. If we keep fighting each other, instead of the actual enemy, we're only prolonging the pain.
You are 100 percent correct in your assessment unfortunately we also have politicians, media, and other organisations that want to politicise social issues instead of trying to solve them. Our biggest problem in this country is divisive politics.
