Just a side not on your statistics of unemployment % per race So I have to disagree , BEE is working , you go to the head office of any Bank , Insurance company and in general all major\large companies and you will see BEE in full force . Where you don't see it as much is in the medium to small business space. It is because of BEE that white people was forced into the arms of entrepreneurship , and via this method created work opportunities for there immediate family and friends. 90% of my family is entrepreneurs that had no choice but the to start there own businesses in the late 90's and early to late 2000's . Why, because the majority of them was put out of work ,retrenched and so on and so on , jap because as we called it then , Affirmative action ,now BEE. A lot them worked for Eskom, Transnet and Telkom. Others took there skill sets and left the country .This plays a huge role in those statistics.
