I cannot begin to thank for this video, l had no idea about panels! I couldnt get extensions to work either! And you showed how to do it for free, as a new streamer dont really want to put loads upfront.
@CpawsMusic thanks :) I also noted you spoke about streaming direct from the PS4 and that overlays won't work! Finally an answer to that bafflement! I am looking at an elgato and looking forward to giving it a go. The overlays do really confuse me along with the alerts, but l will go through your step by step you mentioned..
Yeah the capture card makes streaming so much more fun since you can connect your console to your computer and stream through obs - once you get your capture card, watch my new full 40 minute video on how to stream on twitch and it'll show you everything you need to know pretty much, just add a video capture device source instead of a game capture to add your capture card gameplay :D @@FoxofDuty
I've had this Twitch channel for years but I'm just now updating it. I haven't done much graphic work you could buy Adobe products on disc and Flash was still owned by Marcromedia! 😄 But I just updated my Affinity software to version 2 yesterday and I'm going to start playing around with things. I have a question about the animated panels (About Me, etc...) are they .gif files? If so, do you know how many frames are allowed? I'll also look into that in some other areas to. Too bad we don't have Flash anymore. You could do quite a bit with the allowed file size. Thanks for the video!
Hello. Thanks for the video. I have a problem with Streamlabs desktop my Follow notifications dont shows on stream. I can hear them but they wont pop up. I did watch some tutorials but nothing worked. If I use Twitch studio everything is fine but I have big FPS drops. Any idea how to fix that ? 😊
Make sure your alert box source is above all your other sources and double check that you can see your picture/media in streamlabs to confirm they accepted that media and it's not blank :)
Way back I set my channel page to a suggested video instead of my offline schedule because I didn't know how to set it as my offline schedule image. Now I followed your instructions, I still don't see my offline schedule, I see the sugested videos. I can't find the setting ot turn that off. HELP!
How did you get the video preview screen not to show up on the Twitch profile header. I have a cool banner but in the middle is a preview box showing my previous stream and its annoying as I'd like my banner to be on show.
I wonder how would I manage when I have insurances of me having to attend military drills and they can be a weekend of 2,3,4,5 days and even an annual training that is two weeks

@@Retsushin Usually they come with sounds for the animated alerts if you package has them and then the transition video has a sound that plays as well :)

Unfortunately I don't think you can do animated panels under your twitch bio, but that would be dope for a future update!

Own3d pro is the subscription service that allows you to switch between 400+ overlays. TV allows you to individually buy and download the packages.
