I quit dairy for a while, and my exzema disappeared. So i realised that for me dairy was a readon for it and i switched to almond milk to control that. I not give up cheese but as long as i limit my dairy, the eczema is under control as well as acne. Dairy causes acne, at least for me. Stress is generally bad for my skin, i can break out in hives ascwell as eczema from stress.

Thaank you. My 6year old has had eczema since infancy. Thank God we were able to have her seen by a pediatric dermatologist and allergist/immunologist.
I felt like you were speaking to me: she has asthma, her IgE levels are high (although that doesnt mean shes necessarily allergic). But, shes allergic to soy, cows milk, peanuts, sesame, and tree nuts. They did a superficial test, and we requested for a blood test. This detected her allergies. She just started 1st grade, and its a constant stressor. We want her to live life and be cautious.
    Thank you, Dr. Dray!

Oh wow. I’m 65 and I can’t have cows milk but allergic to all nuts, fish and sesame, rye, and carroway seeds. Oh, I have asthma and pet, pollen, trees and grasses allergies. I guess I’m used to most of it, but it really stinks not being able to have a dog as I am an animal lover. I had a Guinea pig at one time and had trouble with his hay.

can you please do a video of different application techniques for applying seb derm tx's/and or creams.
you always mention routines/steps but then may get carried away talking about a product lol
like, my skin is crazy combination, and i can use a cream/lotion for a little while, but can't leave them for very long or i get really oily. even overnight can sometimes feel like too much moisture. and and/or opposite for actives

I use Goldbond Healing Hydrating Lotion, and Biossance Squalane Omega Repair Hand Cream, and I also use Jojoba oil (cold pressed) off Amazon. After showering, I mix a few drops of jojoba oil into lotion and apply to body/hands, etc and especially during flare-ups. The jojoba oil is anti inflammatory. During flare-ups, I would keep lotion in the refrigerator and the cold helped soothe my irritated eczema. My flare-ups seemed to be linked to eating dairy but when I eliminated diary my eczema got better but was not eliminated until I started the Dupixent shots.
