Hi. I don't think there are very many sewists who haven't accidentally cut holes into projects. Make a small vinyl patch on your Scan and Cut and iron it on. Perhaps a small paw print or something like that. I was sewing the side seam on a pair of corduroy pants (after spending hours fitting the pattern) not realizing it had buckled and serged a 3 inch hole into it. It happens. Good luck. ❤ Bernadette
Those dog sweaters are adorable!! So cute 🐾🐾. I think you did a great job with the hole, you really shouldn't worry about it as NO-ONE will be able to see it 😊. JoAnns need to stay in business until after my visit at the end of March, an empty suitcase is coming with me to Florida 😂. That Butterick T shirt.... well you maybe seeing that from me by the end of the month, just saying 😂. I'm intrigued to see how you get on. Good luck with the sew along. Thanks to YOU for the wonderful shout out, you are so sweet ❤ xxx
I’m going to go to Joanns this weekend just to keep them open for you to fill that suitcase🤣 I bet if you make that Butterick tee it will come out fantastic, although that 2.50 tee shirt makeover was fabulous!too
Your dog sweaters are too cute! 😘 As you show sewing snippets during your sew-a-long, it would be fun to see and hear more about your Scan N Cut. I hadn’t thought about HTV for the dog shirts I made. It would have been so much easier than the embroidery I did. I didn’t have a Scan N Cut when I started making them and converting SVG files to embroidery files for collegiate makes was, to say the least, very frustrating. Haha. I learn as I go, then I forget and have to go back to the beginning again. 😂 Have a great week! 😘
Thank you for watching! And yes I even do that with my job - learn something- don’t do it for a while- then forget what I learned!! I will have to add some scan n cut to my little dog sew along for sure! Have a great weekend ❤️❤️
You are so stinkin’ adorable, Mary! Fab job on the dog outfits - so cute! And, wonderful job mending your shirt! No one will ever know it’s there! Wear it with pride! 💗
Andra- you are too sweet!!❤️❤️I will wear that mended shirt- what do you call that?- a design choice? 🤣🤣🤣 I can’t wait to see if those dog outfits fit- my sister’s dogs are the cutest! Thank you so much for watching😊
Carole was my first Sew Friend! ❤I like your top and the doggie shirts!!! So adorable! You will figure out how to mend that top! Have a blessed weekend, and happy sewing!
I’ve actually decided after editing that video that I don’t think I like that top anymore🤣it’s so busy and the designs are in weird places and it looks like a tent - but it’s so comfy!!!🤣🤣thank you for watching!❤️❤️❤️
Super cute dog sweaters!! I’ve cut a hole in a top before - so annoying. I have that t-shirt pattern. I can’t wait to see how you get on with it. Have a good weekend!! 💞
Hi Izzy! I’m determined to get that tshirt right this time-and soon hopefully- I only have a month till that milestone birthday 🥳 Thanks for stopping by❤️❤️
