Mary, you were cracking me up with your onesie analogy! 🤣🤣🤣 Great save on that top! The one you’re wearing looks nice, also; and doesn’t look flimsy at all! I hope you have a fab weekend! 💗
Hi Andra!! Glad I could make you laugh- I bet you could picture what I meant, too?😂😂😂 I do love that Walmart top -but I can tell it will be one of those that “washes out” quickly 😟 I hope you had a great weekend and as always-thanks for watching! ❤️❤️❤️
Hi Mary! I love your needle books! They are so cute and useful. I like the modification you made to the hem of the shirt. The final piece looks great on you! I also do not care for loose and baggy sleeves. I was not familiar with the “fake cuff” method you talked about for the sleeve hems. I think I will try it sometime.
Hi Michelle! I’m so glad I finally made a needle book it’s been great having it! Thank you so much,That’s good to hear that the final hem looks good. Those cuffs are great for really thin fabric too or when a sleeve isn’t quite long enough on a short sleeve top. I hope you had a great weekend.❤️❤️❤️
Hi Mary! I'm intrigued by the Nancy Zieman pivot/slide FBA. I will have to give it a whirl! Nice needle book idea. I remember what needle is in my machine by writing the # on a piece of masking/painters' tape and pasting it to the front of my machine. That being said, I have forgotten to change the # when I changed the needle. LOL I agree with Andra. Great save on the top! It looks great on. It's sort of snowing here.❄❄ Bernadette
Hi Bernadette!! Snow???❄️ oh my!! Where are you 🌎? It’s warm here again🤷♀️but that will change😂 I would definitely check out the video where Nancy explains it-it is a little tedious -but it works somehow! I used to use post it’s for my needles but then I would also forget to change those 🤣 Thanks for watching and happy sewing! ❤️❤️❤️
Hi Mary. I didn't know you were a garment sewer. I dabble in it from time to time. You got some great fabrics there. Thanks for sharing. Have an awesome weekend.
@@luvmycrafts_Mary Maybe it would be good for a lined jacket? I wouldn't do pants if you don't like the way it feels. Does it feel like a fabric for a duffle bag? Or a men's toiletry bag? Looks like that is what it feels like. Hard to tell. Anyway, you will find something to use it for I am sure. Mystery Unsolved. Happy Sunday. 😃
Oh my goodness you made me laugh!! Looks like that « mystery » fabric would be fine for pants. Not sure it’s ponte though… Hope you have a fabulous weekend!
Hi Izzy!! Glad I made you laugh-can you picture it? 🤣🤣🤣 I think the mystery fabric would make good pants too. I just don’t know if I would like the feel of whatever that is on the other side against my legs😂 but I will give it a try-why not? I hope you had a great weekend! I haven’t even had a chance to sew, maybe today 😂 Thanks for watching! ❤️❤️❤️
Hi Mary. I like the point in the middle on that top.❤
Really? You should have seen it on 😭😳
The top looks beautiful on you, Mary! The color is so pretty! ❤️🥰

Hi Mary! Great to see you today! I'm in my sewing room watching you on my TV😅!😅😅
Oh no, I hope it’s a TINY TV 🤣🤣🤣

@luvmycrafts_Mary Central Alberta, Canada - The snow is gone. We are having a warm fall, but a bit on the cloudy side. It could be a whole lot worse.
@@SuzySunshine oh that’s right I think you told me that😆Alberta seems so beautiful ❤️❤️
